Jan 29,2025Fire arrived quickly, could have done with a bit more packaging as it was just the original box with a label on the outside, bottom of the box was torn and open, but luckily fire was not damaged and in full working order.

Jan 25,2025We found what we were looking for at a good price so went ahead with purchase. Confirmation and delivery confirmed straightaway until.. DHL failed to deliver our item as agreed, numerous back and forth tried to get hold of stoves. To be met with a poor customer service attitude, once you actually get someone to answer the phone. A very unprofessional manner in trying to resolve things as did not call back as promised and emails not forthcoming. Opening hours changed on Google yet ringing 5 times a day someone answered finally! We thought we may have been conned but luckily we got a refund but no apology. It’s easy to create an illusion of a good website and paid reviews but the truth is this company is one to avoid. Unhelpful untrustworthy go elsewhere! Update: More information requested which we can provide data of both calls made and received. The screen shot of during chasing and amended Google times which if open why was calls not answered from 8:30 you had at one point 6 missed calls until you answered just after 11:30am Speaking with Daniel in chasing query,ie..speak with your delivery company follow up with your customer with update.(that’s what’s expected when you give good customer service) It’s an ongoing theme with this company I stand by my honest review. How ironic it’s not about the service received it’s about the opening times that’s been challenged…say no more!
