Excellent company to deal with and would highly recommend. Customer support is especially helpful and go above and beyond to give advice on products. I would like to thank Karen for her help with my order. I had realised that the fire would not fit my fireplace after placing the order and receiving dispatch instructions. She promptly cancelled the purchase and delivery and arranged a refund.

Excellent service from this company, responded to my questions promptly. Canterbury electric stove is stunning and very realistic. It gives a decent amount of heat, would highly recommend. šŸ‘

Very satisfied. Bought the stove I was looking for on sale. Purchase process was very easy. Stove was delivered on time despite the icy weather. Delivery guy was very helpful. Stove appears to be good quality and looks great in my fireplace.

I did not receive confirmation of delivery time. When I phoned, I received 'phone back in opening time' even though I called a number of times between 11 and 2. Finaly received delivery slot on morning. After that all good.

DONT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS . Ordered chairs and table . website shows in stock . Of course , was not in stock . waited and then had to make contact , now awaiting money back . Don't buy form this business !!! unacceptable and waste peoples time .

If you order from this company be aware of the limitations of its service. They will only deliver to the doorstepin a wagon and only if it’s on a flat surface. Our stove had to be delivered to another address or would be left at the bridge down the road on a pallet. We the had to organise another delivery to the house Plus, it took weeks to arrive, being ordered in October and only arrived here in December, which is contradictory to the information on site. As a discount appeared in the Black Friday Sale and we had not received the stove ( after several weeks) they agreed to credit the discount to our card. This has not happened. We cannot recommend them. We are updating this review because the promised discount is now on its way. The stove is very good quality, works efficiently and looks good in the setting. The delivery did leave much to be desired.

Ordered a Dimplex Optimyst Stove fire MRB20, my order arrived quickly, box damaged but that is down to the carrier, goods inside seem ok, looks great in my living room, thanks for making it a pain free order. Also best price :) Sadly after a week of using the fire, just flame effect, it now has a fault where hardly any steam coming out even on full power. We are in the process of emailing Jamie at StovesAreUs, hopefully the fire will be replaced. 19/2/2025: So after sending JAMIE pictures as requested, of the fire, the box that it came in etc. I've heard nothing back, I've emailed asking again and still no reply. AVOID

It was very easy to order from the StovesAreUs website. The price was also the best we could find for the stove fire that we wanted. An added bonus was the Ā£10 off welcome voucher we received for joining their mailing list. It was good to be able to choose a delivery day to suit us too. However, please note that despite what it says on the StovesAreUs website, not all deliveries are made by their own drivers. I presume some are as they state ā€˜our drivers’. Our fire was delivered by DHL. I only found this out on the day of delivery when I rang StovesAreUs to see if they could give us a delivery window. They then sent me through the tracker which was when I realised they were using DHL. We had asked for a Wednesday delivery and had arranged for both of us to be at home to easily carry the fire into our house. However, despite leaving the depot, after a couple of hours, the DHL tracker advised that the parcel had been returned to the delivery depot and would be delivered the next day. I rang the StovesAreUs office to see if they had any idea why, but they informed me that they only had the same information as was available on the tracker. I then rang DHL customer service who said they would look into it and get back to me, but never did. The next morning (Thursday) the tracker stated that the parcel was delayed, and it would now be delivered on Friday morning. This was the week of the bitterly cold weather so you can imagine our dismay at having to wait a further day for our new fire. On the Friday morning the tracker was updated yet again to say that our delivery was delayed and would now be delivered on Monday. Fearing that this was going to go on indefinitely, I rang the DHL customer service again not expecting much help based on my earlier experience. However, in this instance, although they were unable to tell me the cause of the delay, they did take a description of the parcel (big brown box was my best guess!) and an hour later I had an email to say the parcel had been located and was being dispatched immediately. Three hours later we had the fire. So, if you ever find your parcel is being constantly delayed, ring up and make a fuss. Not ideal obviously, but it seems the only way to get the parcel, albeit later than promised. I appreciate that the service delivered by DHL was not the fault of StovesAreUs, maybe this feedback may influence their choice of courier. If we had received a better service from DHL then we would probably have given 4 or 5 stars. Incidentally, the fire we bought was a Dimplex Fortrose Optimist Stove and we are extremely pleased with it.

Delivered quickly and well packaged. Really pleased with the electric stove, very realistic flame makes you feel warm even without the heater on. Would definitely recommend this company.

I was able to speak to a person before I placed my order which gave me reassurance. Placing my order was quite straight forward. Although I opted to have my order delivered on the following Tuesday, I was surprised to have it delivered four days earlier on the Saturday. I would certainly recommend this company to any of my friends.
