Sep 20,2024Excellent smart meter installation service received today - The engineer, Michael Normington, rang ahead of time to confirm the appointment, arrived on time and kept me informed throughout. The installation was quick and Michael gave me an overview of the meter and usage before leaving. Michael also went above by fixing the door to my meter box without me asking. Thanks for the great service, Michael.

Excellent quality and pride in his work, ensuring my isolator was upgraded to double pole and small hole filled around pipe with putty. Happy to explain things as I asked and a friendly, decent tradesman. Great job Jonathan!

Sep 17,2024Lloyd was delayed through no fault of his own and kept us informed of the delay. When he arrived he was polite efficient and speedy making sure to reassure us and to be extremely thorough. Everything was cleaned and tidied before he left and we were pleased with his company throughout.

Sep 13,2024After several false starts, I agreed again to have a Scottish Power Gas smart meter fitted. James Forde, the installing engineer, rang me on the previous day and laid the ground by requesting that photos of the gas meter and electrical board were sent. On the day, he obtained a new medium pressure apparatus and smart meter and, once arrived, made short work of linking in a communicator to the electricity smart meter and fitting the new gas equipment. It could not have been more efficiently done.

Sep 11,2024The guy from Providor, K Jordan, fitted both our gas and electricity new smart meters today in about 30 mins or so. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and easy to talk to. The electricity was cut off for about 20 mins and caused no problems at all as we warned in advance this would be required. Overall a good experience and no issues at all. Would recommend.
