Sep 06,2024Lewis arrived on time accompanied by a competency auditor. Both were extremely courteous, polite and professional. As a competency auditor myself for MAMCoP, I observed all of the work completed and watched them carry out all tests and checks in the appropriate manner at the appropriate stages. Lewis and the accompanying auditor were a credit to their employer Providor and I would be happy to let either work on my meters again.

Sep 02,2024The engineer Michael Normington called me prior to visit to say he was on his way. I am the appointee for my brother who was the named person on the installation. Michael asked about my brother’s needs and his processing skills. When the job was finished Michael gave me a courtesy call to let me know what had happened and how my brother was during the process. I thought that was a lovely gesture as when I spoke with my brother he said that Michael was nice and calm.

Aug 31,2024Jonathan Teeder replaced our meter. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained step by step of what he would be doing and showed us the new device and manual and tips to save energy. He also arrived on time. And he completed the job in less than 2hrs.

Aug 29,2024The engineer Michael Normington was so professional and explained every aspect of the work pre/post install. i have waited considerable time to have the Gas meter replaced due to a specific pipe coupling being required. it was well worth the wait and you couldnt have sent a moire attentive polite and knowledgeable engineer to complete the work. thanks

Aug 28,2024Had appointment with EDF today to install smart meter the technician Chris Wemyss great ,very professional yet friendly too and explained what he was doing from start to finish. Can sometimes be quite uncomfortable having workmen in your home but felt totally at ease with Chris in my home as he was so nice .

Sep 09,2024Simon Thomas came out to me and fitted a new smart gas meter. He was punctual, polite and efficient. He also went out of his way to explain everything he was doing. At the end of the visit he was also able to provide me with a Home Mini. Really pleased with this service!
