He went through absolutely everything with us and explained what would happen over the coming days. We also had a great chat about electric cars, solar panels and air source pumps. Oct 14,2024Chris Wemyss is a great engineer who answered all my queries explaining the circumstances of the meter replacement including the issues I can resolve with a few phone calls due to said circumstances. Patiently took the time to ensure it was done properly and ensured I have all the information I need moving forward saving me time from calling and researching randomly. The only reason I've had to push it down a star is because arrangements of the appointment itself was a hassle and time consuming

This time the service was excellent, a SMS message at 1330, the engineer, K Jordan was excellent. Just under an hour to fit new meters, explain them, set up the radio link and explain the monitor. It was all clear and concise.
