Jul 24,2024I was very impressed with every aspect of the service I received from my smart meter installation. My engineer was John Walker, he was polite, friendly and professional. He ensured that my installation was done to a high standard, the space was tidied afterwards and he made sure that I knew about the device before he left. I was very happy with the whole service and would recommend Providor for their professionalism and attention to detail. I now have a smart meter and I’m glad because it means easier top ups for me in the future.

He rang to give an eta, turned up, dealt with the issue, explained the new parts and asked if we needed any more information. Like previous reviewers have said...what a friendly, professional engineer. Thanks Dev!

Jul 17,2024Our house is over 150 years old and never easy to work on. We had our EV charger installed, but it was difficult. Ian (coulton) came out to solve the issue. He did an amazing job. Fixed it and was also really helpful, telling us the best tariffs to use. Fantastic job and can't fault the service at all.

Jul 16,2024Don't know much about the company but they sent an engineer to my house that was superb at his job and couldn't do enough to help. Dev is the engineers name and he sat in the rain for 2 hours replacing my smart meters. I have a new home and young children and needed an Emergency call out as no power or gas, only affecting my property as problems were with smart meters. Once again, Dev was excellent. Must have been easy for him to say it wasn't possible to do the job due to the awful weather, but he just opened and umbrella, got to work with a smile on his face and got us back up and running. Wow, thank you Dev.
