Jun 14,2024Dev came and installed a meter for us. He called ahead of time and arrived when he said he would. He clearly explained what would happen and how long it would take. He communicated throughout and asked us if we had any questions at the end. A wonderful experience, would highly recommend this company.

Jun 10,2024Just had a new gas meter and new smart meterâs installed from EDF today. I was was impressed by the installer(Johnathan Teeder). He provided a professional service with his knowledge and installation. Only issue being is the in home display which may take up to 24 hrs to connect, but fingers crossed this wonât be an issue.

Jun 07,2024EDF I was about to swap companies as the service on the x5 calls I had to make was not great ..just offered RTI code after code âŚnew keys and finally my shop was shut and so was your not !! Helpline ..phoned emergency line and a lovely lady finally helped sending out a fabulous engineer Jonathan Teeder ..polite professional and helpful he replaced the meter at 10pm at night âŚwas cheerful and was as quick as possible which after a long day we were most grateful of !
