Jun 28,2024I had a metre fitting today, and although this didn’t take place due to no fault of the engineer at all, he was incredibly respectful and helpful he even place a temporary patch over a broken window I had whilst waiting for it to be fixed out of his own kindness. Ian Coulton from Providor turned up today and despite the excuses from others, he managed to overcome the hurdles and deliver a first class service. Jun 20,2024Spoken to my husband who was at home for the meter to be replaced, he was satisfied with the work Simon Stephens has carried out. The only query I have is that I didn't request or want a smart meter fitted as l rent the property l do not have the owners permission to change to a smart meter it should have been just a basic meter like for like .( smart meters do not work well in Orkney just more headaches for the customer!!!!)

Jun 19,2024I had a visit from your engineer called Brandon to install a smart meter from EDF after a long standing issue with our gas meter. Brandon arrived and was very clean and presentable and very communicative about what the job entailed. Not only did he do a great job with the gas meter he also went above and beyond to ensure our other gas appliances were safe and functioning well. He was super efficient and a credit to your Company.

Jun 18,2024Dev from Provider Ltd called yesterday to replace Smart Meters on behalf of Octopus Energy. Dev is a very sociable person, but quickly moves on with task in hand. Halfway through the process, Dev called me and explained that the Isolator Switch needed replacing. He explained the gravity of the situation, and said that the replacement needed to be completed as soon as possible by a fully qualified electrician. He left notes for the electrician explaining what he found. I obtained an electrician, and by 17:30 on the same day, the electrician completed the replacement Switch. Dev was so professional throughout the installation of Octopus' Smart Meters, and a great representative of Provider Ltd.
