May 30,2024Engineer was Michael Normington. He arrived on time for the 2-6pm timeslot and took about one hour per meter as predicted by Scottish Power. He was polite and good-humoured and did not experience any problems. The new installation was smaller and tidier and a Smart Meter display was provided with a manual and verbal instructions. Old equipment was fully removed and the area left tidy.

May 29,2024Warren Wright attended my house today! He was able to reinstate our electrical supply within minutes and even set up our monitor and smarter meter! Something the previous engineer was unable to fix! Very polite and helpful as well as knowledgeable!he was also very patient with my elderly mother and helped her understand the smart meter! I am very satisfied with his visit and help this morning. We need more engineers like Warren in the world 🙏

May 28,2024I was very impressed by Raajun Chatha, such a polite & courteous man, he explained everything about the new smart meter, everything was done properly, he also explained about how I could read the amount of electricity & also I could top up online, he showed me on my little gas monitor how to be able to keep an eye on my electricity & also my gas, couldn't fault the man at all excellent service, highly recommended.

May 28,2024Quick fitting new meters. Michael Normington contacted me the day before with arrival time. He arrived on time for the job the following day and it was done within an hour. Excellent service and had a joke with the kids whilst they were off school.

May 24,2024Driven Nuts by relentless emails and txt messages advising of a meter install FFS how many messages do you have to send along with emails, must have had 40 plus as late as 11:40pm 4 on one day along with an engineer texting then to get another call from HQ seriously
