Jun 04,2024Michael Normington came and fixed our Smart Meter today which has failed to work correctly since Scottish Power fitted it last summer. It now works fine and links properly to the in-home display. Michael phoned yesterday to confirm the appointment and arrived promptly. He gave me useful advice on energy- saving measures and took me through how to use the in-home display.

Jun 04,2024Had a problem with my gas meter, gas engineer Chris Wemyss called me ahead of his arrival, arrived and had the job sorted quickly and effectively. Made sure everything was how it should be as I have two small children at home, after job was sorted chris cleaned up and took rubbish away with him. Very friendly, professional and informative 👍🏻

Even put up with my attention hungry dog until he needed to start the electrical work. Process orientated and health and safety minded at all times. Could not have asked for Better. Then on the day ringing to give me an update on his time of arrival to the fitting of the smart meter. 👍👍👍

May 31,2024The installer( Chris Wemyss) called me to say he was on his way and upon arrival he ran through what to expect and how long the process should take. During the installation he kept me updated as to what he was doing (and why) and answered any questions I had fully and without jargon. When the installation was finished Chris tidied up and took away all the packaging etc then ran me through how to use the display unit. The whole process was completed within his estimated timescale and was carried out with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Well done Chris.
