I recently brought a Tern GSD from Surge Bikes. From my initial enquiry Matt took the time to understand how I'd be using the bike (mostly for carrying children) and help recommend the necessary accessories and check for compatability etc. The bike was built and sent quickly and Matt also helped chase the freight company when I hadn't had my delivery date confirmed. Overally a totally seamless experience, thank you very much!

Received good advice on the bike I bought. Staff were polite and professional. No power sales, told me what I needed to know and then let me make a decision. The bike arrived on time and was well packed. Highly recommended.

The way you order was different to what I'm used to, no buy it now type option. Instead I enquired about the bike and then had a email back to make sure I was happy with the size and was told bike was in stock & it was shipped the following week. Very happy with process.

I bought a Tern GSD bike at Surge bikes and the experience was outstanding! First, the 10% discount in accessories is amazing. Second, they suggested what accessories to get, which was super helpful since I'm new to these bikes. Finally, it was delivered on time, all assembled and neat and Mark gave a nice introduction to the bike.
