Selection of good quality accessories available. Follow up service included in price. Would recommend. Only negative was they wouldn't take a deposit so need to have funds in your bank account at time of viewing if want to bag a bike there and then.

We initially wanted an electric Herman Miller bike for my wife but after explaining what we intended to do with the bike, Matt recommended a bike more appropriate with our needs. In the end we got a cube longtail bike and couldn't be happier. Matt also had the bike delivered to our house 10 miles away a few days later and we had a 35 mins handover on the day of delivery. Highly recommended and very happy with the advice & customer service provided

Jun 25,2024I bought a Tern GSD S00 and Surge Bikes offered a Bronze bike service after 150 miles for free. The customer service provided for both purchase and the Bronze Service was top notch. They have a very helpful and knowledgeable team and the communication throughout was clear. This is my first foray into ebikes ( I use it for the school run) and it was very helpful to get specific help and advice on this. I was able to test the bikes I wished to try (albeit without the children, for safety reasons) to get a hands on feel for them before making the purchase.

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and attentive making the whole experience very satisfying. The bikes were delivered to my home within 48 hours. Superb !
