I was kept up to date during the delivery process, and on the day of arrival, the delivery driver had the courtesy of bringing the bike inside the driveway, which was greatly appreciated. This shows how Surge Bikes works with a great shipping company and cares about providing its customers with a great experience. Highly recommend them!

Apr 26,2024I cannot recommend Surge Bikes highly enough. All of my contact with them was online, all with Matt, up till the point of collecting the bike. I must first say, that the service and professionalism was outstanding, despite the fact that the bike I was buying was very much towards the bottom of their price range. I also purchased it via the Cyclescheme which Matt facilitated fully. I live 250 miles from Basingstoke, and collected the bike on a family visit to Hampshire. It was fully set up and ready to ride. My wife and I are so impressed, she is planning to buy one through Surge as well. Without hesitation - buy through Matt at Surge !!!!
