I was initially concerned when I made my purchase, especially after reading some of the reviews about the company. Additionally, there was a slight delay with the delivery, which made me even more apprehensive. However, once I contacted them, they responded far more quickly and professionally than I expected, providing excellent support throughout the process. My order arrived in perfect condition and the quality was outstanding. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the company and would not hesitate to recommend them.
Ordered two products from this company. Returned one and 3 weeks later I haven’t had a refund. Company says there is nothing more they can do. Also ordered another product which was faulty. It’s taken over 4 weeks and well over 30 emails to get the product returned. Currently I am down nearly £200 DO NOT ORDERED FROM HERE

Absolutely appalling! Delivery was supposed to be between 9th-16th April, not arrived and constant excuses from customer service department! I will be reporting to trading standards.
Ordered item on the 12th April and was emailed on the 14th to say my item is on its way. I logged into the BJS one man delivery website and no date has been scheduled for delivery. I’ve phone BJS and they have informed me that they haven’t even received the item from Sweeek yet so I have no idea why Sweeek are lying telling me my item is on its way when the couriers haven’t received any item and there’s no scheduled date for receiving said item!! My delivery window was 16-25th April. I’ve logged onto my customer portal again today and it still says the same there is no scheduled date so I have no idea why sweeek have told me I’ll be receiving my item between the 16th - 25th. I’ve submitted a customer form on their website and have had no response. I’ve tried phoning their UK number advertised on their website but much is only open from 0830-1130….. it’s gets better as you phone 020 3807 7216 during these hours, it rings once then cuts you off. I should know I’ve tired phoning over 50 times since 0830 for 2 days on the trott. Phone after this time and you get a lovely message telling you their customer service centre is now closed. This is a scam company who have no customer service representatives to get through to and don’t have the products to send you. Don’t be lured by the cheap prices or false sense of security that you can buy through b&q and Debenhams, read through the pages of reviews who have ordered through these big retailers and have had the same experience as me. Wil be getting my bank involved to get my money back if no reply from sweeek by the end of the week

Spend the extra £20 and go elsewhere. Poor website UX and the cane on the chairs has already started to sag after 3 weeks. Not sure I can face talking to their Customer Service again to cancel the two chairs that are already on the way and obtain a refund for the two I've started using.
I bought 2 x bedside tables and couldn’t be happier with them. Really stylish, easy to assemble and great value for money. They did have a couple of small scuffs on them but not very visible and for what we paid including delivery we were happy with our purchase
Great product and good delivery
Delivery was via ArrowXL, we were able to select a specific date and then given a 2hr time slot the day before. Wrong table was delivered but was all sorted within a few days by customer service. A lot more affordable than many similar alternatives and the whole experience was pretty smooth. Table looks great.
I bought the 2x cube coffee table and had been put off with the bad reviews , specifically about the quality of the coffee table , but I’m glad I bought it as it’s amazing quality and so happy with the purchase and customer service - will definitely be purchasing more products in future
I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Looks expensive but was an absolute bargain. Took a while to assemble but the instructions were clear. Fast delivery with regular emails to update re: progress.
1 is too many stars! Absolute liars! Still waiting for a refund! First i was told there was a major IT incident affecting the carrier I was then told the delivery driver had been in a road accident and the furniture was not going to be delivered so I needed to wait 14 days for a refund!!! The delivery company have not confirmes this LIE! Stay AWAY from the company !!!
Decent quality product
I recently purchased a Caligari sofa garden set. Although I was provided with a delivery date this passsd without delivery. Upon contacting the delivery company they had no knowledge of my garden set. I contacted Alice’s Garden, unfortunately you cannot speak to an adviser and filled out a contact form. As you can imagine I was a little concerned at this point. Then that all changed when Louise contacted me and dealt with the issue. Due to supply issues Louise offered to cancel the order and reimburse my money. 7 days later the money was placed in my account. Thank you Louise
