Mar 27,2025Absolutely shocking is this company. Do not order from them. Stay far away. I ordered two bedroom furniture items. One item turned up two weeks later and my second item hasn't turned up at all!!.... After numerous emails, attempts of contacts, contacting DPD I'm still none the wiser to where my parcel is. Sweek have said its with DPD... DPD say they haven't received it. Absolute joke of a company. I've given numerous chances to resolve and bow it's almost 1 month later and STILL NO PARCEL!!!! Word of advice- stay far away. I'm contacting my bank ASAP for failed delivery of goods and to start a cash back claim. 0 star... wouldn't order again. Not impressed at all. And I'm not one to moan much!

After requesting a refund I am now yet again being ignored so I’ve had to write another review to get a response from their so called customer service team!!!!! Please refund my money and confirm

Mar 20,2025Ordered a Pergola on the 27th of February. Got an email to say it was shipped on the 5th of March. Waited 10 days still no sign of it, Chased and was told due to a technical issue it hadn’t been shipped. Was promised it had been prioritised and arrow the couriers were going to contact me with a delivery date. I chased up again last night and I’ve been told the order has actually been Cancelled and now out of stock. Such bad service!

Mar 20,2025Ordered a pergola on 26th Feb 2025 and was advised that it had been dispatched. Was even provided with tracking details. The expected date of 7th March came and went. Tried calling the number on website and was redirected to the online form. The response times have been shocking. Item still being listed as available with delivery time of 7 days. Very odd company.

Mar 20,2025Ordered a gift card to be delivered via email, said it would be sent the same day and it was never received. I sent an online form request (says a response takes 3 days) and tried to call the number on the website multiple times (keeps ringing then defaulting me to an answering machine). I've messaged on social media but no response. Awful customer service

Mar 19,2025Ordered a chair. Was told would be delivered between 13th&18th. No info update given on delivery. When tried to track told order ‘held’ by sweeek. No reply to my sweeek contact form enquiry. Phoned delivery co “BJ delivery” - told it would be delivered next day and would get 3hr slot message/ none received/ tracking still says no delivery scheduled. Would NEVER use again- where is my furniture??? You should have ALL my contact details this is ridiculous. 07557336181- why not try calling rather than “reaching out”?? Order number 10307687 PO15 7HE

Mar 18,2025Very poor service. I have ordered the furniture on last month and still haven’t received it. So much problem with the delivery and it’s very hard to contact someone from customer service. I don’t really recommend anyone to buy furniture from them to deliver to UK. I’m still struggling with my order

Mar 14,2025I read the negative reviews to be fully prepared for my experience with this company, but decided to give them the benefit of doubt. That was a HUGE mistake. Delivery was supposed to be between the 5 -11 March. No delivery. Contacted customer services to be told that the delivery company must have FORGOTTEN to pick up my order. When I asked for a tracking number, I got sent a link, but no tracking number as the text on the link stated that I only get this on the day of delivery. HOWEVER - the delivery website states that the item is tracked from retailer to my home. This level of admin, customer service and delivery is something everyone should avoid. I paid a huge amount of money for an item that I still don’t have, and have no idea if I shall ever have. It makes it very difficult to know if I should ask for a refund or not. In the meantime, this company is getting the interest on the large sum of money that I paid up. Avoid them.

Mar 27,2025Ordered the Amelia garden table and chairs. Had a slight wobble trying to use the new customer discount code, but got it working in the end! Shipping took about a week and everything was very well packaged. No damage and the set looks great in our garden. Would order from Sweeek again!
