I recently purchased a sofa bed with Sweeek. The lady, Mandy, who helped me over the phone to place this order was outstanding. She was friendly, polite and helpful. She arranged my chosen day of delivery and informed me of all the details. She was also very patient with me when I was having difficulty with my payment of this item. She stayed on the phone with me the whole time, even when I had to ring her back a second time to sort it out further. I am very pleased with the customer service I have so far received from this company and now am excited to be receiving my sofa bed when it arrives. Thank you!

Very happy with purchase, delivery and updates were great and parcel came on the earlier side of the delivery window, even though i thought there may have been issues/delays due to items being delivered to Northern Ireland and with the snow storms. Items were good quality, price and easily assembled. Would definitely recommend.

Im livid!!! I ordered and paid for draws and got something totally different delivered.....I cant get hold of anyone!! Tried calling since Saturday and I filled in the forms, emailed......how do I get someone to deal with this!!!! *Update 17.1.2025, contact yesterday, via email, tried calling another 6 times and gave them my mobile. Sweeeks suggestion is they’ll pick up the packages then when they get them back they’ll send out the draws ordered…..6.1.2025! I suggested they bring the draws at the same time as picking up the items I didn’t order!!! It then came out they’re out of stock, thus requested a refund now, sweeeks take is they’ll only refund when they get their packages back?!! I’m really not happy with this service at tall….my take is they’ll prolonging the refund process.

Absolutely shocking company. Paid for 2 chairs and delivery expected in 4 days. After many times of writing to the company they say stock is available, the delivery company staying out of stock. No items, no returns, no refund offered. No signs of items after 4 weeks of order.

I wouldn’t be leaving a review except I received an email asking me to, however like others have said I still haven’t had my order. Ordered on 29th December and was told delivery would be by 6th Jan, I appreciate it was the Christmas period but it’s now 15th and it’s still not even made it to the delivery company. Disappointing

My sofa was supposed to be delivered last week, can only contact via email, they say it's with shipping, shipping say they only have part of order!!

Order k5oifoe6 I have had a terrible experience with this company. No communication and severe delays when it comes to delivery I have been waiting for nearly 2 weeks for my order. The company has no courtesy to apologise or even update me regarding delays. Do no order from this company.

Item delivered with a missing part. I’ve been chasing this with emails for over a month. They keep saying they are checking with the warehouse & courier. I’ve tried calling to speak with someone but it goes to an automated call which cuts you off. They are selling second rate goods with missing parts at full price. This site is a SCAM!

I have previously shopped here and received excellent service. This time, I had to chase delivery of item as item not delivered as expected. I believe the delivery company then created the ensuing confusion. Item was eventually delivered as per my instructions but remains unopened for the moment as bad weather not helpful. I am hoping product OK. From my previous experience with Sweek, if there are any problems they will be sorted.

Bought a green (painted) chest of drawers from Sweek via Debenhams. Constructed it and over time noticed that the unit (and as a result, all of my clothes) were affected by a pungent fishy smell! Despite selling me a defective unit, Sweek advised me to clean it (therefore admitting there was a fault with the product) but offered no compensation or replacement. I would not recommend their products or their customer service.

Quite possibly the worst company I’ve dealt with in terms of customer service. I ordered a tv unit on 07/12/24 and subsequently changed my mind (as is my statutory right when purchasing online up to a 14 day cooling off period.) Contacted Debenhams where I originally bout the Sweeek unit from who said I couldn’t cancel the order as it was already shipped. A week later I asked the DPD delivery driver who ordered if I could refuse delivery, but he had already marked the item as delivered before I even answered the door. After several complaints to Debenhams, I tried to arrange a refund and collection through the returns in the delivery instructions directly from Sweeek and the link they supplied in the box was wrong! Cue several emails to Sweeek, a phone call which just cuts you off and tells to to email and somebody asked me to send pics of the tv unit to verify it wasn’t damaged. Did all of that and this tv unit is still standing in my hallway unopened 3 weeks later! Finally after sending frustrated emails collection was arranged for 2nd Jan. I emailed today as I’ve heard nothing since. I was informed the item hasn’t reached their warehouse as yet as it can take 14 days to reach the warehouse located some millions of miles away in….. FRANCE. I could have swam the channel with it quicker. Only then the refund will be issued which can take 10 days. 2 months after ordering and £140 lighter. Will the tv unit make it all that way to France? Will the refund ever come? Will this company address their customer service? Who knows. To be continued….! Avoid this company at all costs!

Delivered on time. Delivered to the room where it will be used. Huge bonus in this day and age where you are lucky if it gets past the kerbside. Love the sofa bed. Great design and looks just how I wanted it to. Only one thing is one of the drop down legs doesn't reach the floor. I am enquiring about this. But otherwise very pleased.

Terrible customer service. It's impossible to get through to anyone to talk to on their phone number. My deliveery is over 1 week late. I've contacted their Transport company BJS, and they also have not received my item. I've completed their online contact form twice and not had a reply. Just not acceptable. DO NOT Buy from this company

After being delivered by a courier company my large patio umbrella cardboard box had been damaged but could see that the actual umbrella had not been damaged so I accepted it and the two guys brought into my garden. So I started to put the umbrella together and noticed that the cardboard sleeve with the nuts and bolts had been damaged and some of bolts and washers were missing. So I contact Sweek and told them that they missing and got back to me at the end of the day and said they will need some photos of the damaged and what was missing. After a while the confirmed that they would send some additional bolts but I had to source the washers myself, that was fine but the bolts took over 2 weeks to arrive after many emails asking where they were. I couldn't even check if the the umbrella worked until I had the bolts .

Ordered a large pergola. Ordering process was straight forward. The order did go over the original stated delivery date. I contacted customer service who responded quickly explaining the delay was due to Black Friday, which was acceptable. Sara from customer service was excellent, she chased the order up and kept me informed on progress. The delivery went smoothly. The ArrowXL guys on the delivery kept me informed on progress, they actually delivered earlier on the day than stated, were polite, and professional.

My order still hasn’t arrived 2 weeks after latest delivery date. I rarely get answers to emails and have received one which is just one word “delivered” when it hasn’t been. Can’t comment on the product as I haven’t received it yet!
