Arrived on time and look exactly like the pictures apart from the wicker colour which looks paler than it is on the website, the colour is more like the review photos which suited me more

Horrific service, 2 weeks after a purchase still awaiting a delivery date and unable to contact the company. States phone lines are open but not able to get anyone for 2 days. 50+ attempts. Completed the customer support application to speak with someone and still 3 days later I’m still waiting. I’d advise everybody do not use this company. £1000.00 paid out and I’m afraid I’ve been done. Please don’t give these your money.

We bought some dining chairs from this company which were not fit for purpose - the legs began to bend and buckle within a few months of use. To their credit, the company were reasonably helpful, and after a bit of a fight replaced the chairs. However the exact same thing has happened again, to a point where my daughter injured herself when the legs completely went as she sat on one of the chairs. This time around, the company have ignored my contact, so looks like we'll be having to buy a new set of dining chairs after 9 months. Wouldn't order from them again.

Been waiting on a refund for over a month. The brand claimed 14 days from receipt of the item, and now they're not replying to my emails or answering calls on the customer service line. On top of this, the website is labyrinthine and almost impossible to find a contact email or number on. V poor customer service and the brand is still sitting on £200 of my money!

I recently purchased a Palace pergola. An excellent experience from start to finish. Easy to order and delivery was prompt and efficient with arrow xl. Delivery men were very helpful. Kit was complete and in good order. Instructions were a little bit hit and miss at times but the construction was reasonably straightforward. Great quality and exceptional price. Very pleased. Would definitely recommend this company and product.

I had never heard of Sweeek before but it came up on a google search for a black display shelving unit. The unit arrived within 3 days of ordering. Ordering online was easy. The unit I found was exactly what I have been looking for at a very good price. It was easy to assemble and looks fantastic.

Order processed very efficiently. Prompt delivery and chair arrived in good condition. Item is exactly as shown in photo on website and is great value for money.

We ordered four dining chairs and on one of the chairs the leg cracked and became detached from the base of the chair. We requested a replacement leg/chair but sweeek are refusing to send us a replacement because we ordered through a reseller, not with sweeek directly, even though sweeek shipped and delivered the chairs directly to us! They have now stopped responding to my emails and the phone lines just go to an automated message. Appalling customer service!

Edited my original post as the pergola turned up ( all be it 6 days later than advertised) Have to say it was all there and easy to setup ( took 2 of us and a tall step ladder ) So good item , just a shame they don't have a physical human contact number to get answers quickly and put your mind at ease in regards to order and delivery.

We bought furniture when the company way Alice’s Garden and they were good. We’ve been trying to get replacement cushion covers for over a year and they remain out of stock. How is that possible if they are selling the sets new?! Awful company that I would like to never use again but seems to be the only place that stocks the covers we need so I’ll have to use them or buy brand new furniture for the summer.

Delivery arrived damaged. Replacement part sent to incorrect address and was also the wrong product!! Ordered on 29th December. I am still waiting for a refund or replacement! Told my case has been closed as I’ve been sent a refund on 19th February but no money arrived! BIG MASSIVE SCAM. Currently going through trading standards / legal claims procedures as they refuse to do anymore.

The top arrived damaged and Sweeek refused to replace it even though the product was under warranty and I provided pictures of the damaged product soon after it was delivered

I asked for my delivery to be held way before it dispatched at warehouse and nobody picked up my email. Can’t get through to anybody on the phone automated service that leads to dead ends. I messaged them on Instagram and received a response saying they can’t be of any help to me. Sweeek ended up shipping my order, ignoring my request because they didn’t bother to open my email. Customer service is abysmal to be honest and I’ll never place an order from them again.

Received a faulty item and notified the company straight away and the company is refusing to accept return of the item and refund me the money. The company is the worst I've ever dealt with. Do not purchase anything from this company

Love the design and look of this cabinet and wasn’t disappointed when it arrived. I was kept up to date with the delivery date and the item arrived on time. The item comes in quite a few parts (which was shown on the website). I’m not the best at diy so did find it a bit complicated to put together- one section of the instructions wasn’t very clear but I got there in the end after trial and error. The cabinet looks great but there is some peeling on the corners straight away which I have had to stick back down.

Worst company ever. Taken 2 months to return items after 4 attempts. Automated phone line and terrible customer service on email. Still waiting for my refund and keep asking to send photos of items to collect when already sent back. Scammers!
