I bought a pergola with 2 shade on B&Q site, they were supposed to they were delivered within 10 days. i contacted them asking for the tracking number 3 days before the due date. their answer was: the shade are out of stock and we will refund them, about the pergola we still don't know when will be delivered as we had problem with our system. I contacted them again the next working day, asking for the tracking number/ date of delivery if the shade will return in stock and if i could use another brand. they got back to me saying that they would have more shade later on the year and they asked me if i wanted a full refund as the pergola would arrive at the end of the month. I decided for a full refund and asked for it the same day. after 2 working days they contacted me saying they cannot refund me, as the order has been logged ( yet not tracking number or delivery date) and i should wait for courier and refuse the package. no refund was still given to my account for the shades I had to send them the screenshot of the cancellation and the fact they offered me too. they answered me within few minutes that refund has been initiated but they need confirmation. I had to contact my credit card provider and B&Q as they own me 2.6k. they are scammers.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced or should I say lack of customer service. I enquired with Sweek on a particular product I was after that was showing out of stock, they came back to me and told me there was no date for the item in that colour to come back into stock anytime soon and certainly not this season so I went ahead and ordered the item in the other colour. Literally, the day after I placed the order I got a notification from Sweeek to say the colour I originally wanted was now back in stock despite been told by Sweeek it was not coming back in this season. So I tried to cancel my order so I could re purchase the other colour but the item had already been sent to the shipping company and would not allow me to cancel. I tried calling the customer service number and pressed every option and each time it takes you to fill out the contact form on their web page so you can't actually speak to anyone. Emailed customer service last Wednesday and still no response despite been told on their answerphone message they will respond within one working day. Now it says the item I wanted is out of stock again and to add insult to injury it would cost me £70 to return the item thats now been delivered. So sorry I ever bought from this company. It shouldn't be this hard to speak to a company or get a response within the timeframe they give to their customers. Will never buy from here again.
Wrong item sent. I tried to contact customer service by phone, email, filled the form no reply for 2 weeks. How this is allowed in the UK. I don't understand.

Ordered two bedside tables on the 1st of February and they were meant to have been delivered by the 10th. Only had an email saying order is being prepared but nothing letting me track my order. Great experience. The Boucle sofa we bought is absolutely amazing.quality is really good, is not so soft not to hard. Very spacious storage . The fabric si absolutely amazing and the transformation in bed is very easy.
Product itself is ok. A bit flimsy but ok. However, it arrived with scratches over various panels - one being the very top. One panel even had a squashed fly pressed into it. The package looked like it had been sat in a warehouse for ages and was covered in dust.
I ordered 8 dining chairs through Debenhams. They came from France. These chairs are very uncomfortable so I decided to return them. I have been in touch with Debenhams for 7 days now and still haven't received a returns label as apparently sweeek are not responding to Debenhams. I have tried to return via sweeek's website but it asked me to create an account and then said that they could not see my order - obviously because I ordered through Debenhams! I'm a very unhappy customer and would really appreciate someone helping me to return these items.
Absolutely awful! 4th February ordered 2 sets of draws from debenhams, paid for delivery within 4 days, supposed to be delivery from sweeek, based in London.on the 7th February recieved dpd tracking from france! I have tried to call sweeek, no one answering, I have filled in a contact form 5 days ago, no response.tried contacting debenhams through messaging, they can't help untill the 21st of February. 12th February on tracking it said it has finally cleared through UK customs, rang dpd 13th, to be told its still in France! They say there's no delivery address on it! I am so not happy!
Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with. Took my money then ignored me, the delivery window came and went with zero communication, I called and what a waste of time that was, unmanned phone line, they direct you to their online form, over a week I sent three with no response. I had to raise a fraud claim through PayPal which they again did not respond to. I'm still waiting for my money back. Scammers.
Customer service is terrible. My item is no longer needed and hasn’t even been opened but the quick and easy returns advertised on the website aren’t so quick and easy if nobody gets back to you after submitting a return request. I have two huge boxes just sitting in my living room. They promise to get back within 2 days it’s been over a week and nobody has got back to me. The live chat simply does nothing.
The quality of the product is awful, it looks cheap and tacky. I immediately placed a return request and uploaded the required photos of the packaging. Sweeek promise to be in contact within 2 days... its been over 2 weeks, and i have heared nothing from them. There is no Live Chat function on the website as advertised, and the Customer Service phone number simply directs you back to the website to pages that dont exist before hanging up. There are no customer service agents it seems. There is also no email address to contact, and if you try and contact them on Facebook, you get directed to an external customer support site that again does not work. I have no option but to instruct my credit card company to directly reclaim my money under section 75 of the consumer credit act. Maybe this review will encourage you to contact me.
Love this TV unit! I found it fairly easy to follow the assembly diagrams and the unit now looks really smart in my living room
Ordered a pair of bedside tables (Mani). I had never heard of this company before, and had some concerns over ordering internationally, however I need not have worried! The tables are absolutely beautifully made, were easy to put together on my own (took about 45 minutes each) and are sturdy. They came very well wrapped. Shipping was incredibly fast, took 3 days from order dispatch and then 2 working days to arrive! The price was also very good for the quality received. I would definitely order from Sweeek again.
I ordered a sweeek sofa through Debenhams, it hasn’t arrived and is now far past the 5-7 working days delivery that I selected. I’ve had no information on where it is or when I can expect it. Don’t bother ringing the number on their website as they will never answer, everytime I ring it says “no agents are available” and hangs up and that’s trying multiple times on different days. All between 9-5 and that’s the only thing I get from the phone call. At this point just take the phone number off your website if you know that it’s never answered. I’ve also tried emailing. I submitted a form and I’ve heard nothing back. They said it can take up to 72 hours to respond but it’s been that and I’ve still heard nothing back. Please just give me my sofa, I’m sick of sitting on the floor. I’m incredibly disappointed in Debenhams for partnering with such an unreliable brand. The whole reason I ordered from Debenhams is because it’s a repeatable brand but hey ho.
I have attempted several times to complete the returns form online to return item bought through Debenhams but the page crashes and I have recieved no email to say you have received my submitted request. Please can customer services contact me to assist with the returns process.
Good products at competitive prices. I could have been better informed regarding the delivery as I didn't know it had been dispatched and missed the delivery.
