Bought a garden table and chairs online from Sweeek UK, then got an email the next day saying these had been shipped. Tracking number with BJS didn’t work and they had no knowledge of the delivery when I spoke to them. Called Sweeek after arrival window I was told had passed and they were clueless - had absolutely no idea what was going on with my order. Very disappointing - still waiting…

I looked at the reviews before ordering and was concerned at how many negative ones there were. I took a chance and ordered a pergola, as the price was extremely competative. I can only speak with sincerity and say that the communication from sweeek was excellent and the delivery company Arrow XL was first class. I have yet to build the pergola, but it all seems to be there although the instructions are a little basic. 12/4/24. We have now built the Pergola and it is a supper structure and well worth the money. Order no oe9ckeie

Ordered a garden set a few weeks ago through Debenhams. The order still hasn't arrived, no communication, no tracking and can't get hold of the company.

Scam scam scam scam. Ordered on 31st March with estimated delivery time frame 3rd to 9th April. We got an absolutely ridiculous email on 7th April to review their website when they haven't even delivered yet. There is absolutely no communication as to when my order will be delivered. The tracking info on BJS doesn't work and their customers service claim they don't have our reference number on record. I will be contacting my bank to file a scam claim. This company is an absolute fraud and should be forced to shut down. I repeat DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM

Ordered an outdoor garden set via Debenhams with a 4 working day delivery time - I’ve since had no communication from Sweeek about delivery and the order is showing as in progress. Debenhams have also tried contacting the brand with no response.

I ordered a pair of garden chairs on 25 March 2025. According to the website, the order was dispatched with delivery expected between 28 March and 2 April. I received an email confirming dispatch, with a tracking link via BJS One Man. However, the tracking link led me to the courier’s homepage with no way to track the actual parcel. Since then, I’ve tried contacting both Sweeek and the delivery company. BJS One Man had no record of my order, even though delivery was supposed to happen days ago. As for Sweeek, there is no phone number or live chat – only email, and I still haven’t received a response. This lack of communication is unacceptable. I needed the chairs and relied on their stated delivery timeframe. At this point, I’ve paid £178 and have nothing to show for it. Really disappointing experience and I won’t be ordering from them again.

Sweeek sent the wrong address to the delivery company so it was cancelled, then went to send it again and they’ve lost my chair

I’m going to be completely honest, I ordered and looked at the reviews and was really worried my coffee tables were either not going to arrive or take ages to come but I ordered on 25/03 and they arrived today 03/04 which was pretty fast considering they were shipped from France - DPD texted me the morning of delivery (today) with a 1 hour time slot and were on time luckily. Upon looking at the reviews again, I don’t see any in regards to the coffee tables and there seems to be a pattern with only larger items so I would take that into consideration when ordering. I’m in love with my new marble coffee tables, so glad they were back in stock! Thank you Sweeek.

I ordered some outdoor furniture on 16th Feb. A small table and two chairs, and a large table and four chairs. These were four different items. Sweeek chose to deliver two with BJS and two with ARROWXL. The large table and small table arrived together, then the two chairs arrived. Two weeks went by without any news on the four chairs. Eventually after filling the form in three times I got a response saying it was an issue to be taken up with BJS. BJS had never heard of the item. Eventually I realised that Sweeek had put the BJS delivery completion form for the delivered items against the four delivered chairs from ARROWXL. After explaining this to Sweeek, they created a new order for the chairs on 20th March, nearly a month later, again shipped with ARROWXL, and assured me they were on the way. Another week went by with no news, then the tracking link showed Sweeek still had the chairs. Then another week went by (all while receiving barely any response from customer service) until the tracking link showed ARROWXL had the chairs. Another week went by with the chairs sat with ARROWXL not being delivered. ARROWXL then informed me that Sweeek had somehow managed to attach two items to the order despite there only being one item (the chairs), and ARROWXL couldn't deliver until Sweeek either cancelled the second item or delivered it to them (it didn't exist). Another week went by without any reply from Sweeek, until a reply today, 3rd April, nearly two months after I ordered, saying that they've processed a refund for the chairs that I didn't request (because I want the chairs, they delivered the matching table?) I now have no chairs, my order being refunded without wanting a refund, a horrific customer service experience, and stuck with a four seater green metal garden table with no chairs to go with it, and no chance of ever getting them.

I bought a garden storage box. They provided a 5-day period for delivery. During this time, I have received no communications about an estimated delivery day. Note: their website says "dispatched", the delivery tracking systems shows no result. At the end of the period, still nothing. I contacted them, and after a few days they just replied "sorry, we don't have any information". I still haven't received the order.

I ordered the IDA sofa bed via the B&Q marketplace website. It was easy to order with enough information to help me make an informed purchase. The sofa bed was very easy to build - my teenager did it on her own in half an hour. However, customer service leaves a lot to be desired hence only a two star review. The website promises staff ready to help yet the phone number takes you to an automated system that directs you to the web contact form irrespective of the option you choose. It then takes around four days to get a (mostly unsatisfactory) reply. Delivery time on the website was estimated at 3-5 days. I got a note saying it had been despatched the next day yet it took a fortnight to arrive and the tracking number supplied was wrong. Every update had to be chased. And finally the link they give you to register the warranty doesn't work so there's no way to activate the guarantee. My experience has put me off ordering from them again.

Everything is terrible. They take days to reply. Delivery was horrible as driver was refusing and unprepared to bring the sofa to the apartment even though I had paid extra for that service. The sofa is horrible cheap looking and uncomfortsble. Hard like wood but also flimsy that feels like it will break easily. Having thrown the box away they are refusing I return the sofa even though I said I would be willing to psy for trandport snd packaging. Terrible in every way.

Delivery estimate is 8-11 days underestimated. The item is nice and was easy to assemble, instructions was better than IKEA. However, it took 6 days for a reply via faceless messaging system, and was classed as resolved when item was still outstanding. Another operative apologised and agreed to keep message thread open. Just poor customer experience. May I suggest a WhatsApp account, which a lot of companies use when they have faceless access, but at least can be monitored better. I'm honestly not sure I would order again. There was no comms from delivery company DPD, luckily I was off today (Friday 28th) so was home to collect the parcel. Any other Fri I would of been at work. So when delivering to UK think you should consider a different carrier. I found your site online vs buying from jysk.. Will choose the latter next time.

the pergola we brought from Sweeek is a fantastic solid piece of kit. it is so well built we won't need to bolt it down to the floor. the courier company delivering it was just as good.if you want to save yourself a good £300 - £400 then have a look at Sweeek

DO NOT TRUST. It's a scam. I purchased some chairs over two months ago, website said they would arrive last week. Chairs haven't arrived, customer service doesnt reply (not via email, not via Instagram). There's no phone to contact. I haven't gotten my chairs and they're not providing any information. All I got was an automatic Instagram message telling me to wait and to have a nice day, without providing any information. I believe it's a scam company and they don't sell anything.
