Apr 17,2025Brilliant customer service - sent replacement table quickly and efficiently. And table is also fab!! Love it - perfect for outdoors in Scotland where it rains a lot, so wood never lasts well. (Amelia terracotta steel table)

Apr 16,2025THE BEDSIDE TABLES ARE WRAPPED IN VINLY. They are not even MDF, let alone wood. The quality is laughable. They are chipped and stripped as the vinyl is just a sticker. I am shocked they get away with this. I sent a complaint through B&Q. No response. As you can see here, they only respond to good comments and never respond to the low rated ones. They clearly have no interest in customer service. Avoid if you want to save money.

Apr 15,2025Initially ordered a console table from Sweeek. As I live in a new development the courier couldn't find my address and sent the item back. Sweeek were really good and understanding. Had great customer service and quick response and offered me a refund or re-delivery. I got my item re-delivered and it arrived. After installing the console table it started falling apart with 24 hours. I have contacted Sweeek 3/4 times now for a refund, it is dangerous as I live with a toddler to have panels randomly falling off, and they have ignored every single one of my messages. I have sent photos of the damage/ fault after it being up for only 1 day. Looks like £120 down the drain as I can not keep this product and they are not responding to my messages and it is un useable due to it falling apart. Really disappointed as they started off great with their customers service to now result to this, would initially have recommended them but now I'm too sure...

Apr 12,2025Placed a second order with Sweeek, as even though my first experience wasn't great the product was delivered in a reasonable time frame and the garden furniture is good value. However second time around the order didn't arrive and when I chased Sweeek I was told sorry our IT systems are broken and we don't know when we can get the order out. Even worse no offer of a refund was made so I promptly raised a dispute with PayPal. Miraculously my order was shipped immediately and arrived next day. I won't be using Sweeek again.

I’ve tried filling out the contact form online so many times and no one has got back to me. Ive tried calling the number and it doesn’t go through to anyone. I’ve been completely unable to get in touch with the company and had to information of my order at all

Apr 09,2025We saw a louvred pergola in Costco which was perfect for us. We then saw the one advertised on SWEEK that was over £100 cheaper but exactly the same. Came within a good time frame, easy to put together, the instruction booklet was easy to follow. Sturdy frame and value for money.

Apr 09,2025I’ve ordered two drawers with express delivery totalling £247.99. I’ve had no tracking for delivery. No order show up. I have tried reaching out to the company to ask where my package is and I’ve yet to have a response. I ordered these drawers desperately needing them to arrive hence the express delivery and it feels like I’m now living in a nightmare. Please listen to the negative reviews and shop elsewhere. This is not good enough. I have spent £247.99 and have nothing to show for it. Angry and upset is an understatement.

Apr 09,2025Utterly useless. Please listen to the negative reviews. I was swayed by the price. No communication, no delivery, mix up on dates, they're querying refund. Really rubbish company. Avoid. Also avoid Mano Mano who I ordered through.
