There was no proper tracking for the item. It arrived over two weeks late and I had no way of finding out where it was or when it was going I arrive. It was an incredibly frustrating experience and in all honesty I would not buy from this company again.

Ordered a sofa on 20th December. Delivery was expected to be between 28th and 31st December. Delivery has not come. Have contacted the courier several times who say they do not have the order. Have tried emailing Sweeek 3 times with no answer from them. Tried to get a refund but I can’t as “order has been dispatched” and l can’t even track the order

Just as expected from description and images. Firm, but well made, strong fabric covering. Easy to convert from sofa to bed.

I would truly never recommend this company to anyone. I made an order on the 21st November with delivery for 4th-9th December. On the 9th December, I get an email to say the delivery is delayed to the 12th-17th, on the 17th, I still haven’t got my order. Absolutely no tracking information or communication from the company. They blamed the courier and said in an email that they must stop using them yet they are still using them now.. After MULTIPLE times reaching out and complaining, I finally receive a package on the 20th December. The WRONG package. I am now 40 days into making this purchase, with the wrong item being delivered to me, and still having to wait longer for a refund. Constant mistakes and poor communication causing so much stress.

I bought a small chest of drawers for just over £100. I am completely aware that if I paid for a cheap product, the materials it is made with will also be cheap. However, the chest of drawers is made from chipboard - a material that is notoriously weak - and during assembly, some of the wood snapped. This is very frustrating and not an easy fix. If you are looking to buy cheap furniture, I would highly recommend buying it on Amazon instead as the prices are cheaper and it's made from much stronger materials. Disappointed.

I am disheartened by my experience with this company. I was really excited to have a new sofa for my new home. I understand deliveries can be delayed over the festive period( It is past my ‘expected delivery dates). However communication from the company has been very poor. I have made two delivery/queries and had no response. It is very frustrating and I am still waiting for my delivery. I have tried tracking the package via the link they have sent through email and it doesn’t work. I’ve contacted the delivery company directly and no response. Initial review made on the 31st December 2024 Updated review made on 14th Janauary 2025 I am still waiting for my product to be delivered. I was told on multiple occasions that my order was being picked up from the warehouse and that was the response I got each time I emailed to complain. I don’t believe my package was picked up/has been picked up. The delivery company are still saying they have no order under my name , address and tracking number. I’ve emailed to receive a full refund and the service/delivery is shocking. However I have had no response. Please can someone get back to me regarding getting my money back.

Delivery was quite swift considering I ordered not too long before Christmas. The delivery company contacted me for a delivery date & time. All the fixtures were in a box beneath the chair & the instructions were very simple. The quality & material of the chair is so comfortable and the legs are heavy and really sturdy. The colour & quality is amazing. I'm so happy with my purchase & would highly recommend this chair.

I ordered a Sense sofa early December on a black Friday discount, quick delivery (about a week) arrived on time smoothly by 2 person-delivery third party company. The sofa so far seems great quality and is water-resistant. Not to mention it looks amazing just as pictures. Very happy with it and highly recommend sweeek.

Good price for furniture item and it arrived on time. Had not realised it was coming from France though. Self assembly item with very basic instructions but got through it.

Part of the chair arrived with damage to finished surface. Got in touch with Customer Services who spent days drip feeding instructions on providing them required information and now they (Sharon) are ignoring me altogether because they didn't like the frustrated "tone" of my last email to them. Great, thanks for that then.

Ordered a sideboard and all seemed to be going well. Received one out of the two expected boxes but tracking is showing as completed delivery. Have tried contacting the delivery company but they won’t respond (except for asking me to converse with them in French), and I’ve sent two contact forms but nothing back. Can’t get any response on the phone. I appreciate it’s a busy time of year but this is extremely frustrating. Wouldn’t recommend them in case there are issues. Beginning to wonder if I should report them as unsure whether these reviews are even genuine! They never seem to respond to the negative ones…

Can see they’re responding to reviews on this website as late as 2 hours ago but haven’t responded to a query about an order that is over a week late. All their phone lines point you to their website to fill in a form which is what we have already filled in and awaiting response on. What’s the point in having phone lines if they all send you to an online form. Delivery partners phone line also just rings forever. Poor service - seem to care more about trust pilot reviews than actually helping.

I have been looking for a Vinyl Record stand/sidetable for a very long time. I wasn't much impressed by the designs available in the UK shops until October when I came across an interesting one sold by Sweeek. The delivery time was far off but I really liked the design so I decided to purchase it anyway. During the wait, I discovered that the same item has been reduced on the Black Friday sale. Contacted the Sweeek customer services team and they were happy to cancel the initial order so I can re-purchase it at the new reduced price. No hassles, no 'ifs' or 'buts'. Ultimately, I received my table in second week of December shipped from France and couldn't be happier. There are some defects in the corners and some scratches but it is not very visible and I can live with it. Overall, a good experience with Sweeek (if you can overlook the long waiting period which I did).
