Received products as ordered but unfortunately took over 3 weeks after the email saying the order had been dispatched. Will cut some slack there given the ongoing pandemic but the bigger issue was the lack of communication. I received no reply to the message submitted via their website at 2 weeks or the email I sent at 3 weeks. Unable to reach on phone. Combined with the less than glowing reviews on trust pilot I was growing concerned that my money had gone!
Ordered on 28th August and was told the item had been dispatched but item never arrived. There's zero customer service, no one answers the phone, you can't leave a message and no one has responded to any of my emails. Very disappointing.
I ordered a part for my pocket knife which has not arrived. I have emailed 4 times with no response. Does this company even exist anymore? Steer clear of Swisstool !!
Ordered on 13th August and chose the free delivery option which says 4 to 7 days and my item never arrived so I contacted them and I've had no response. Over 4 weeks later and I've emailed them a number of times and contacted them on the website too. The item is since showing out of stock so I can't even order another not that I should have too. Never had this experience with any seller before in over 20 years of online shopping. EDIT: Came home today to find my packet had arrived. So ordered on the 13th of August and delivered on the 29th of September so about 6 weeks for delivery.
Three weeks after they claimed to have dispatched my order, I still haven't received it. I tried emailing them, no reply. I filled in a form on their website, again no reply. I googled their phone number (they don't publish it on their website) and called several times, you guessed it: no answer. As others have said: avoid this company.
Product arrived a month after they said it was dispatched, with no customer service or contact from the company. Product is in good condition and as requested, with correct customisation, it just took forever.
I ordered three knives and paid for swift delivery. The knives did come however they arrived 10 days later. They do not answer the phone ever. They do not answer emails or contact forms on their website.
I ordered a knife for my husband’s birthday and it never arrived. No one answers emails or picks up the phone, I used an online site as I only have one leg and shopping is difficult for me but regret this now as I’m out of pocket, really unhappy with everything

I purchased from Swisstool two years ago and the swiss army knife ordered was received promptly and in good condition. I recently ordered another top of the range army knife and it just hasn't been delivered, the order page on the website just indicates "in production" yet the time has already passed their slowest delivery estimate. I have sent emails using both the website contact form and the email address published on the site. I have also called their listed telephone number but it is not answered and you cannot leave a message. I guess like other reviewers I will have to contact my bank to report non-delivery and make a claim. Disappointing.
Definitely recommend this company if a) you don’t mind no customer service whatsoever b) don’t mind them not answering any questions you ask on their contact page and c) if you’re happy to wait two weeks for your purchase to arrive, in a damaged paper box
Just like everyone else, an order was placed, the money went out, and nothing was received. There is no response to repeated e-mails and there is no phone number to contact them. Crap service, crap company, won't be using them again.
I've bought from Swisstool several times before and always gave them 5 stars. BUT this time it's a 1 star! The knife they sent me is defective (not their fault), but they have failed to respond to emails, phone calls or messages. I'm sure they'll blame Corona, but this is rubbish customer services and I will NEVER buy from Swisstool again
I ordered the handyman ultra on this site since it was the only company that offered the additional pen and pin. I had spoken to them last year or so but didn't order at the time. I ordered on the 15/6/20 and was notified of dispatch on the 16th. On the 17th I emailed them for a tracking number (no response) and then on the 18th I checked for reviews and then saw all the bad reviews, so i tried calling them. i even now tried calling them on the 30/7 but still no response. in fact no response ever. I'm surprised i got my item on the 19th or so at all. I don't think i would dare order off them again since i think it was luck i got my order the first time round. its a very well presented site, not quite sure whats happened to them..........
Ordered the Swiss Champ knife on Friday 3rd July at 5pm. Standard delivery. Arrived today, Wednesday 8th July. Was a bit worried after reading some reviews here but I can’t fault this company at all, chuffed to bits with the knife & receiving it so quickly & in time for my holiday next week. Wishing I’d ordered the pouch to go with it now though. Thank you
Ordered on 11/06/20, still waiting on 08/07/20. No response from emails or phone calls. Thought it was a reputable company, clearly I was wrong. Hopefully the bank will be able to get my money back
Early last year everything was OK. Ordered another SAK December 2019.nothing turned up. Emails phone calls all unanswered.
I'm sure someone will pull a covid card for the delay and a response from a contact us form would have gone a long way but, here it is.... For a good price I ordered a personalized item on the 19th everything suggests on the site delivered in 10 days. (10 working days means 2 weeks) Asked about delays on the contact us form after 2 weeks, got no response. Asked again on the contact us form a couple of days later and explained I was unnerved by comments on here and I would claw the payment back and leave feed back in either direction in 48 hours. I am a man of my word so here is a non damming honest review. Almost on the minute of the deadline the posty turns up with the item! Yey. 24 days for delivery on a Friday.... and just before the birthday of the person it was bought for. Trust pilot reviews (for anyone reading this) and no response from customer contact form, even of an automated nature, made me worry! Maybe you could add something automated or respond to contact forms to stop others worrying. Thanks for not making me look bad and a good price.
Hello, I have placed the order on the 19th May 2020 for a birthday present. It was due to arrive a few days ago. I have tried to contact the company my email, also called, but no one responds. The order still seems to be "in production". I wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order. Is there a way to report this company and get a refund for the order I placed?
