I ordered a pair of spare tweezers and toothpicks for a penknife and was pleasantly surprised when three of each arrived. However, they didn't fit my penknife (my fault). I sent three emails to ask for a replacement or refund but have had no response. Their customer service is non-existent, and there is no phone number either. I have since noticed two of the tweezers didn't match the one that looks like a Victorinox one so will not fit a Victorinox penknife properly. Avoid if you're not 100% sure of what you're buying.
Knife engraving looks great. Genuine product. Arrived a few days later than expected. I was sent the receipt 3 days after when the product was dispatched which is in line with the website. Royal delivered the knife received it 5 days later despite it being first class. The postman said it was send special delivery so probably an issue with royal mail as oppose to swisstool. I suspect the delay waw due to covid
I placed an order with this company on the 5th, paid extra for 3 day delivery and still not got anything. This was for £88 spent and they do not have the decency to reply to my numerous messages and phone calls. Lesson learned, read reviews first, but thought they were a reputable company. Right I am now going to adjust my score for this company, I don’t understand why there communication with customer is non existent because when they do the job they do a good one at a fair price. So I am going to give them 3and a half stars. So guys do yourself a favour communicate and get a better rating.

I made an order 3 weeks ago and paid for first class delivery as it was for a birthday. The communication wasn’t good with no update regarding the delay in dispatch, no response to online queries, no response to email or phone calls. I understand there may be delays currently but I’m disappointed with the customer service and poor communication. Update 28/4/20: Penknife delivered today as per order. Hopefully above issues are more to do with disruption from COVID.
Ordered a mini champ army knife for my husbands birthday. The first transaction did not go through so I ordered again only to check my bank later and I have been charged twice!!! I have tried emailing, calling and online enquiry form and have had no response!!!! I don’t even think the knife will arrive. If the company is closed due to COVID 19 then put something on the website so people don’t order anything!
Ordered 2 pouches, only 1 arrived. I have contacted the orders department and used the website contact details 7 times. NO RESPONSE FROM EITHER. Fortunately the value of what I’ve ordered is inexpensive but that’s not the point. Even with Covid 19 other companies are still delivering and responding to any concerns. I’m amazed that such a well-known brand is choosing to ignore customers. I will never ever use their website again and I certainly won’t be recommending them to others.
Told my order was despatched 6/3/20. Today is the 25th. Nothing received. They will not respond to telephone calls or emails. I think I have lost my money because I paid by debit card and not my credit card. Expensive lesson learnt.
Order arrived in good time, personalisation on the knife was exactly as ordered on the website. Happy with price, quality and service.

Fast, efficient, coupled with a good price. I went to a number of shops and getting the particular spec of penknife I wanted was difficult. I was spoilt for choice with Swisstool. And whilst I am not good at ordering anything online, the process was easy and quick.

Fast delivery great item
I received an incorrect order, contacted them (they did answer the phone!) and was advised to send it back to the address given, I did so by RM signed for. A month later the package arrives back with me as it hadn't been picked up from the post office, despite RM trying to deliver several times. Tried contacting the company by telephone and email several times but no response at all, like many others. Luckly my credit card company have issued a chargeback. Not to be trusted unfortunately.
Received my order but the blade was off centre in the closed position. I've sent messages through site, emailed them and tried phoning repeatedly but no reply. Based on other reviews I feel lucky to at least have a knife, even if it is wonky, but its still money lost as I want to return it. Will never buy from them again and recommend you avoid them like the plague!!
DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER. Like others here, I did not receive my order which I made in November 2019. I subsequently submitted two enquiries through the website. Then, after receiving no answer from these, have been trying to phone them using the number they provide, but there is never an answer. They are either running a clever hoax or they are completely incompetent. Either way, I've lost my money.
