I ordered a black Victorinox Explorer Ultra on the 20/11/2020. It was delivered on 23/11/2020. The item is in perfect, new condition - you can't really say fairer than that.

After waiting the stated 4-7 working days delivery I was anxious as my item had not arrived. I tried telephoning and emailing. I even completed the contact form on their website but recieved no response to any. I thought I had lost my money but my order arrived 2 days later. It is exactly as ordered and very good quality. Swisstool could certainty help themselves not receive so many poor reviews if they had some kind of customer service.

Honestly I don't know why this website got so many bad reviews, I almost cancelled my order because of these. However I gave it a try, it turns out 100% satisfied! I ordered a SwissChamp Red with personalisation letters on it (A birthday gift) on 01 Nov, I received it today 04 Nov and I chose the standard free delivery. The item is brand new and the personalisation letters are quite good quality, it is really worth any penny! I also enjoyed the process of personalisation letters DIY because this website offers a preview editor which is really convenient and easy-to-imagine on the real item. I absolutely love this website, hopefully they will get more good reviews and happy customer like me. :)

That looks like £67 gone on nothing. No replies to any of my contacts. Just like the previous reviews I've just read, my items were supposedly 'dispatched' but have never arrived. Hard lesson learned; read reviews first.

Without first checking on Trustpilot, a few weeks ago I ordered a penknife with priority service and engraving. It arrived promptly and I was very happy with my whole experience. So why only 3 stars? Well.. last week I wanted to order 8 penknives (yes, eight - well, Christmas is coming and I am lazy), all with engraving... and then I read the reviews here, which made me feel I simply got lucky with my first order. So I decided to try and speak to someone at Swisstool to give them a chance to quell my concerns... and here is where things go wrong - there is no contact number on the website. I actually left a message on the contact page, but no-one got back to me. Combine the fact that Swisstool clearly don't worry about what their customers or potential customers think, with the fact they are uncontactable, and you have exactly why I ordered the 8 penknives from elsewhere. So Swisstool, please understand that when it comes to Customer Service, communication is key... and it is directly affecting your revenue. I am rating Swisstool as 3 stars because my interactions with the company have been both good and bad.

SHOCKING - ordered a knife from them in the first week of October. No knife, no reply to my emails, nothing. Emailed Victorinox to complain, as they accredit Swisstool's site and I wouldn't have ordered from them otherwise, and they just parred me off with a 'we'll get back to you' in mid october. Disgusted and out of pocket.

Ordered engraved knife last Saturday 24 October 20, received the knife on the 30 October 20 post free. The knife is A1 and service was good, had no trouble at all ,would use again.

*UPDATE* After 5 weeks my parcel has arrived today. In the meantime i could not get through by phone and no response to my emails. I shall not be placing any further orders in the future. Placed an order on 10th October, delivery due 7-10 days and still nothing. I have tried calling the company and emailed them twice with no reply. I wish i had read the reviews of the company before ordering :( could do without this hassle!!!

BEWARE! Took the payment & email said product was sent... 3 weeks later & still nothing arrived. Unable to contact Swisstool in any way as their website will not allow any correspondence. Trading standards have been informed.. why conman like this are allowed to still trade in this day and age is shameful. Do not use Swisstool at any cost.

Ordered and paid for a replacement spring for a penknife. E-mail said to have been dispatched on 16th October but still not arrived (30th October). No responses to my e-mails or to contact form on the web site. I would give this company ZERO stars . I will attempt to get my money back from Sage Pay. Do not use this company. Wish I had checked on Trust Pilot before purchasing. Update. The spring arrived today 2/11/20 17 days after the supposed despatch. Why do they not give a response to e-mails ? If they responded honestly they would get much better reviews. Is the delivery problem Royal Mail ??

I read reviews and almost cancelled my order. I did not need to worry. Swisstools were great. Answered the phone when I rang. Advised that the knife i ordered would be despatched on the same day. It arrived 2 days later and engraved as ordered Website was easy to use. Fantastic service. Perhaps problems were due to covid. I didn't experience any problems.

Ordered in August received email saying shipped on the 4th August never arrived , no response to emails or pick up phone when called. Reporting to trading standards. Wont get money back but may get them investigated. UPDATE Trading standards investigated and refund was issued the day after their visit.

Ordered a Swiss army knife with an engraving on the 6th October. Unfortunately I'm still waiting, however there are many people on this website who have been waiting much longer. I have tried to get in contact with them via email, website and phone but no response... Maybe after a long wait it will turn up but like others have said the lack of communication and not being able to track your package is frustrating. I dont think I'm going to be a happy customer.

No customer service whatsoever. I have sent multiple emails and tried calling several times however the number just rings continuously without answer. I ordered in September and received an emailing stating it had been shipped, i still haven’t received this item weeks later. Avoid this website at all costs.

Another one here unfortunately; ordered items 10th of September. Still nothing today (8th October). Email says marked as dispatched, money taken. Tried contacting them 3 times. No reply. AVOID. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

As many others paid but no delivery. Has now been about six weeks since I got the mail saying my order had been dispatched. No information about who is doing the delivery or any shipment id or tracking. Have tried to reach them several times through their contact form and email but no response at all. Do not order from this site, major risk that you will not get what you pay for.

I have now ordered 3 Victorinox Swiss Champs from this company as for me they are perfect birthday presents. The first two times the items arrived within the expected time but the most recent order arrived a bit late - over a week later than expected (during Sept 2020). The consequence was this I naturally got quite irate and reading the negative reviews assumed that there was something sinister going on - so ended up buying another knife from somewhere else - and now have two. So - I am happy that the knife I ordered has arrived and that the company appears to still be trading - and the knife is perfectly engraved as ordered. I am concerned that they don't seem to answer customer service enquiries or pick up the phone - which would have saved me £70 in buying another knife which is engraved on the blade so I have to get the main blade replaced. Swisstool - if you are reading this - please answer your phone / emails to save customer frustration. Your service in engraving on the plastic handles of the Victorinox products is excellent and your prices are competitive too so I hope you will keep trading. CE
