I ordered on 31 January. No order received, but money, £33, taken from my card. I paid for delivery. Sent 3 emails, got no reply. Getting worried that this is a scam. Wish I'd read these reviews first. Don't order! Will be contacting my card supplier for a refund.
After reading the recent reviews on here I was thinking I wasn’t going to receive my order but today it has arrived and looks great! I placed the order on 31st December and because I selected express delivery, expected it to arrive sooner. I had no response to calls or emails but perhaps covid has affected levels of staffing. I have given this a 3 star rating due to the lack of customer support. The product itself is 5 stars!

As with many customers recently, I purchased a penknife in November and still haven't received it. Absolutely no communication is possible with them. I'm still hopeful of receiving but I'm not putting my hopes up.
SwissTool.co.uk states on their website that 'SwissTool.co.uk is rated 4.8 stars by trustpilot.com' Well, that's not true, is it? I want to thank the owners, sincerely, for making me fill in lengthy email correspondence to reclaim the money I spent in good faith for which Swiss Tool have sent absolutely no communication whatsoever. No effort to explain any delays. Certainly no apologies. But rest assured, dear reader, that I, like you, probably, will claw our money back via chargeback because even if it's not technically worth my time to spend hours to get my money back - I do genuinely hate people who take money and can't even be bothered to explain, much less apologise.
Purchased 4 penknives in early December via their website. Started getting nervous when ‘shipped’ email received and nothing arrived for days and days. No ability to track either. Nothing arrived. Still nothing arrived. Emailed. Called but number rang out. Then, looked at reviews and thought I’d lost my money.....and low and behold 4 absolutely beautiful, personalised, boxed, penknives appeared. Couldn’t be happier. But, Swisstool, sort your customer service out! Won’t order again, blood pressure can’t take it!!
WARNING!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. As you will see from the other reviews, they are scammers and will STEAL your money. We ordered two Pen knives in November and have had no communication. I have chased them but no response. I am sure there will eventually be shut down by authorities, but in the meantime please do not buy from these thieves.
Same as most people on here. Ordered and paid for a personalised knife but never received it. No replies to emails or calls. The site should be taken down.
I ordered a pen knife for my daughters Christmas present on 6th December. Money taken, receipt emailed. Nothing has arrived. No phones answered. No emails answered. Very disappointed for my little girl.
Excellent product, well executed & superbly packaged. The personalisation was done very well on a trusted product. I will certainly use this company again. Delivery also quick! The customer service email was a bit lacking, but most probably they have been hit like most companies this year with the government lockdowns...but they certainly delivered, & in time for xmas...thanks.

This is borderline commercial fraud. Please review the website carefully before handing over your card details: your calls, emails will not be answered. They fraudulently advertise a TrustPilot score that is double what is shown here.
I bought a personalised pen knife for my son's 15th birthday. Swisstools took my money but I didn't receive the present. I got an email to say that the order had been processed but didn't ever receive an email to see that it had been despatched. It was certainly never received. I emailed the company on about 10 occasions and never had a reply. Total scam.
No correspondence, no delivery. Avoid. Had to claim back on bank. Scam!!
Such a shame that poor customer service is letting this company down. My experience was the same as previous reviewers - no updates, no response to emails etc and item delivered later than stipulated in the terms at purchase. However, the item did arrive and was just as I wanted, so really a mixed bag experience.
Update.....received today so have cancelled the chargeback with the bank. I know its difficult times but a reply from swisstool when phone or message would be reassuring. Will not recommend or use again, unfortunately.........Ordered on 7/11. Still not received on 5/12, constant emails, phone calls and contact via the website with no response. Phoned sagepay who suggested I contact my bank which I did and Barlays arranged a chargeback. Will contact trading standards also
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The website may look authentic but it is a scam. I ordered a knife over a month ago, payment was promptly taken, but I did not receive my order and it is impossible to contact the scammers who own the fraudulent web site, which has now been reported to the uk gov phishing and fraud action team who will take it down.
Ordered a multitool from them in the 1/10. No tool, no reply to my emails, nothing. My money gone.
Ordered a personalised knife on the 9th Nov (Xmas present) expecting it within the week. Its now the 27/11 - the phone just rings, no answer from either their in house contact form or email. Their address (Google maps) is a Tesco Express so concerned that they are still in business. Have filled in a Mastercard form to reverse the charge.

Jan 16,2021My item arrived it was absolutely beautiful! It took just over 2 weeks to arrive which is slightly longer than I thought but given the global pandemic I'm grateful it arrived in time for the occasion. The quality of the product really is 10/10. I really have had a great experience with the company so from my personal experience I would use them again.
