Purchased as a gift. It arrived within days of ordering and was beautifully wrapped. Quality item and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
Everything will be perfect, but it isn't after over a week since I placed an order im still waiting for 2 items which were not shipped. I contacted them via emails and I try to call them(left message) and nothing. I paid for faster delivery, because I needed those items and I'm left with disappointment. I still hope they will respond and send me those items.

With excellent customer service, they will tell you immediately within 24 hours of saying your order is on it's way, that you have been refunded for no reason...but that's not all, you will also not get fully refunded, because the delivery costs won't be refunded at no extra cost... Okay enough of the sarcasm...This is one of the worst experiences i've ever had with a company, at least a supposedly legitimate one, that isn't meant to steal your money...Now somebody will most likely, not be receiving 3 christmas presents, and i'm £4 down for errrm nothing, thanks to this shoddy business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Shocking service! Made an order on the Monday evening and paid extra for the 24-48 hour delivery. By Thursday it was nowhere to be seen so sent an email which was ignored, then on the Friday I got an email from PayPal to say my order had been canceled and refunded but they had kept the extra postage costs. Sent 2 further emails which were again ignored so wrote a post on the Facebook page which somebody commented on to say they had just had the same experience. They then deleted my post and sent the refund, I posted again and said they would be better actually replying to customers and not just deleting posts. They messaged me to say I had been refunded but made no mention of why my order had been canceled as when you go on to the website everything I ordered is still up as available.
Ordered some Christmas pjs for my little boy and some stocking fillers. All were at amazing prices in the sale! Arrived on time and were just as described. Really impressed and their lovely little touches of customer services are great to see!
**Edit: I have since heard from the company, who have now refunded me the shipping cost. They state that there is an issue with the refund system at present. They have also given a £10 voucher as apologies for the issue. I have asked why I was not informed that my order was cancelled and they state that there has been a problem with emails. I have pleased that I have finally gotten a response and that my issue has now been rectified. I cannot offer a higher rating until I have made a satisfactory purchase with this company. ** ORIGINAL REVIEW** Purchased a pillow from online shop; I made the order through Clearpay and the first payment was made. A week later I noticed I still hadn’t gotten a dispatch email so I emailed them asking for an update. I’ve still had no response. Two days later I get an email from Clearpay telling me that the order was being refunded. My first instalment however was only partially refunded and it seems that they have kept the shipping cost. I emailed Tartan Weaving Mill for the second time asking why my order was seemingly cancelled and why the shipping was not refunded. Again I have still had no reply. I have messaged twice now on Facebook - no reply. Joke of a company; it seems they are fond of cancelling peoples orders yet keeping the shipping money. It’s called theft, regardless of how much the amount is for. Wouldn’t purchase from them again and will make sure people know not to shop with them.
I'm another online customer who hasn't visited the store in person. I ordered 2 Christmas jumpers last week and paid for faster delivery (24-48hrs). Fantastic quality and great price and service. But you need to look at sizes. I order XL and it fits just, so you need to add a bit more in. Its a tad tight for XL uk size. Would I purchase another yes, but would like a larger size

Absolutely awful, paid for express delivery and still hasn't turned up 5 days later to which I've received a refund email with no communication as to why. I've also not received a refund on the delivery cost! Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a Christmas jumper but due to difficulties tartan mill was unable to process my order. They have reimbursed me and generously given me a voucher. I appreciate the problems businesses are experiencing and would recommend tartan mill for their great customer service. I hope they are able to overcome the difficulties that so many faces just now. I Bought the scarf as a birthday present for my 79yr old Mother last week. She was extremely pleased with it & says it’s lovely & cozy & reminds her of her Dad. I was kept informed of updates for delivery & as we live in Kent, it arrived very quickly. Very pleased with the purchase 👍😊

Communication before i bought my jacket was good... Benjamin emailed me back very quickly and answered questions i had regarding sizing... the day after i bought the jacket the price dropped by £80..sent 3 emails to see if anything could be sorted out regarding getting the new discount..(given i had emailed the day before... No mention of the impending reduction was mentioned..)... 3 emails and 2 phone calls later.... nothing... the jacket arrived but is too small.... probably a waste of time emailing or ringing... customer service 1 out of 10
Excellent customer service. I have placed three orders and so far I am very happy with the quality of their products. They dispatch items very quickly and on the one occasion when Royal Mail were slow to deliver and I needed the item urgently, Tartan Weaving Mill were very helpful in trying to resolve the problem. They even called at 7.30 in the evening to update me.,
Blanket arrived quickly. And it is absolutely beautiful. Amazing quality too.
