Dec 09,2020Was asked to order the natural coloured one for my sister for christmas and liked what I saw so ordered the navy one for myself.It arrived when expected and I am very pleased with the quality and looking forward to wearing it in Scotland next week when I feel sure I will need it

Dec 09,2020I am delighted with my blanket/throw. It was delivered quickly, and packaged with care. I wondered if it would be itchy and it is certainly not. It feels gorgeous and is lovely and cosy. Beautiful.

Dec 08,2020Wrong item received, no response from customer service. Ordered a jumper and the wrong jumper was sent. I appreciate that this can happen so I emailed both email addresses to notify them of this and have had no response at all. (I will update this review if I do). It also took nearly 2 weeks to receive my package. I personally wouldn't buy from them again, but if you do, please remember to use PayPal so you can file a claim through them. Also this is the first shop I have ever come across that asks for a tip at checkout. *update* Paypal approved my claim so thankfully received a refund, unfortunately I never received any correspondence from tartan weaving mill itself.

Dec 08,2020The quality of the scarf was excellent for the money I paid. However what was more impressive was the customer service. The scarf was delivered promptly and wrapped with care in tissue paper; the service was well over and above what you normally expect to receive these days.

Dec 08,2020Nice quality jumper. I ordered XXL as being on line l went a size bigger than normal as l am always XL. When it arrived l instantly knew before l even put it on that the size looked way too small. I put it on and l was right.... absolutely way too small. Ridiculously sized. XXL that l received would be a regular MEDIUM. I have sent three E mails as l have returned it and want a refund but no reply to any E mail yet. Definitely would not recommend as size guide is totally incorrect for the European market. Maybe these are important from china hence the size guide. Never again.

Dec 07,2020I've been trying to get hold of this particular model for a while, a lot of retailers are offering an 'assortment' and then sending out a grey exploding kitten model instead. I was really pleased to be able to order the rainbow ralphing cat and actually receive what I ordered. Thank you!

Dec 06,2020Ordered some Lego at a cheap price, probably half the price of anywhere else and received email confirmation. A few days later I recieved an email from a 'Benjamin' saying: "We just wanted to take a second to thank you for your business, and your recent purchase from our store. If you have any questions or if there is anything else we can help you with, please reach out to us without hesitation. If you wish to return some items in your order, please email ***** this will help us process your return quickly." I've never had a follow up email of this nature from any business a few days after ordering so I thought I'd double check their website. The Lego prices had doubled so I thought they may have realised the true worth of the Lego and would probably cancel my order. Sure enough, after waiting two weeks with no delivery of my order, I emailed to ask when it will arrive. I then recieved the following: "Your order has been canceled Order ##### was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has been refunded ." No name, no apology, no prior communication of this until I enquired first after waiting for 2 weeks for my order. Don't shop online with these scam artists. They held on to my money all that time knowing no order had been dispatched, not that I have recieved a refund in my account as yet. Please give these cowboys a wide berth.

I finally chased the order only for it to be cancelled and refunded without any explanation - despite the goods being in stock and still being sold on the site. Can only imagine its because they didn't want to honour the sale price as the items have now gone up in price. Terrible way to conduct business.

Dec 05,2020My two year old grand daughter has a favourite 'comfort' toy which is a soft sheep called Ba! I took a chance on this rucksack, being a sheep, and am delighted with the quality and everything about it. Can't wait to give it to her on her birthday in January... Tartan's service was speedy and excellent, so can't recommend enough!

Dec 05,2020Service great! Quick delivery, BUT.. Product awful!! Completely wrong dimensions.. The body was for 7' tall person and the legs were for 4' tall with twig like thighs person... Had to return both that I purchased for presents, still waiting for refund

Dec 04,2020I had been searching for a polo collar winter sweater for my husband and was very pleased to find these on Tartan Weaving Mill website. The fabric is smooth and luxurious and the size looks to be generous. Also I found the garment in a lovely burgundy shade - all too often men are doomed to wear grey or black. My order arrived swiftly and although my husband has not yet worn the jumper as it's a Christmas gift, I am sure he will be delighted.
