May 26,2024The process of completion of the IRS directive changing a previously submitted and accepted tax return for years previously is daunting, besides provoking anxiety. Tax Audit takes over the process, by asking you to send them the notice, maintaining appropriate contact with you, while keeping communication with the IRS. The site is exceptional, uploads painless and accurate. The delay, primarily due the timeframe practiced by the IRS. I would recommend this for everyone.

Yasmin did a great job communicating with me, explaining what the problem was that the IRS saw, helped explain the additional documentation required to resolve it and took care of the submission on our behalf. Once it was submitted she kept in touch in order to ensure we were aware that we were not forgotten (just the IRS is slow). Once the case was full resolved she contacted us again to check in before closing our file. Really great and high level of professionalism!
