Jul 27,2024I could not easily call to talk to my case manager. All but one of my calls went to voice mail. Email responses were acceptable. But my calls always going to voicemail and never getting an option to talk to a human made my experience poor.

Jul 15,2024I wish I could give zero stars because that’s exactly what yall deserve. My assigned guy was Brett Rosser, he has no clue what he’s doing!! He didn’t offer any services that they claim to do, he did nothing and kept trying to push me off to an attorney. Several times I had to beg for an update. I would’ve been better off dealing with the irs myself!! He was about as helpful as a goldfish. 10/10 do NOT recommend!!
