Jul 11,2024My representative was very communicative and explained everything in detail. Once we understood the issue, we systematically fixed the issue and she took care of the whole issue for us. During the process, she took time to explain where we were at and what was next for each step of the way. Well worth the money to pay for this upgrade while doing your taxes.

Jun 27,2024This is probably the lousiest company I have ever met in my life. They don't even deserve the star I had to give them to be able to write a review. First, the "expert" called Jeff postponed our telephone appointment at short notice and on the second appointment I missed his call by 10 minutes. As requested, I called back but Jeff was no longer in the office according to his answering machine. After that I wrote several emails and spoke to the voicebox. No one ever answered. I could no longer even access my account... the answer from customer service was "we're having problems with the website". Today, after several messages left behind, Jeff finally called back and just to tell me to call the IRS myself. the appeal deadline is in a day and I'm left looking like I've been screwed. Never, ever in my life would I recommend these thugs to anyone and I fear that even Turbo Tax is in cahoots with them! I will think twice before I continue to work with Turbo Tax!
