He provided guidance in what we should provide to the IRS. He held our hands from start to finish and provided peace of mind. We could tell that he was very experienced in working with IRS audits. He helped us not to feel so intimidated. He ensured that we paid no more than we had to and even discovered an IRS error which resulted in a savings of several thousand dollars over the initial IRS findings. Which you tried to slide by me. You gave me a new rep so she could claim "I have no idea" . You guys are a joke. Now I owe more in interest because you guys messed it up worse than what it was. Thank you for the HUGE SCREW!
