They walked me through the process, told me exactly what paperwork to gather, reviewed it all, submitted everything, and kept me involved and informed the whole way! And the BEST PART?! We WON!! IRS "closed the investigation with no action"!! My representative was Aaron Lassiter - highly recommend! Also, I really liked that their service uses two factor authentication.
