Apr 22,2023From the very beginning, every professional we dealt with at TaxAudit was helpful, knowledgeable and very responsive. Despite having to answer a hundred questions from us, each one was patient. That can't be easy when dealing with distraught people and their taxes, but each one was incredibly professional and helpful. The thing I appreciated most was they were very realistic from the beginning about what I should expect, while also calming my fears and understanding my nervousness.

Apr 21,2023She followed up with me often, and was always great at explaining what was needed,why it happened, and the best way to move forward. 10/10. She had worked on both my 2021 return and this 2022 return. Even though the IRS took 11 months to respond to the 2021 response she was updating me whenever anything was recieved , changed, or updated from the IRS. Additional Response: This 5 star review aint a fake, and I will use turbotax and tax audit services from now on for my returns.

Apr 20,2023I was helped by Muhammed who stayed on top of the IRS connection, calling them on a regular basis, and then suggesting to me what I needed to prepare and send to him, and then he reviewed the material and then sent it on. He was very helpful. Mine was an unique situation as a Clergy, and there did not seem to have any one that was particularly familiar or an expert with my situation.
