She continuously followed up with the IRS and followed up with me regardless if she got an answer from them. I would get a "no news update" from her but that's what built my confidence, knowing she was still working in the background to get me to the right solution. I never felt uncertain during the process despite the long lead times. After months of her following up and waiting on the IRS everything worked out. Strongly recommend TaxAudit!

We have purchased audit protection via Turbo Tax for several years, and you can be sure we will continue to do so, especially after this experience. The person assigned to our case (Terry) was extremely responsive to messages, and most important of all he was reassuring and calming as we went through the audit process. Terry and the team submitted our response very quickly after we got the necessary documents to them. Having representation through the audit process made something really stressful a lot easier. Knowing that a knowledgeable person was going to bat for us and would see it through was invaluable for our peace of mind. We felt very comfortable with having Terry/Tax Audit handle our audit and recommend them without hesitation.

Aug 02,2024Wish I could give no stars. The service (or lack of) was shockingly poor. They did not attempt to defend me or contest the IRS. They literally had me write an apologetic letter which was also denied. In addition they had me do all the work, writing, and typing. The end result speaks for itself as I paid the maximum in fees and penalties. This experience reflects poorly on Tax Audit, mgmt. and especially the contracted help.
