Feb 20,2021I was lied to they said they were going to get the bill lower and they were going to get a payment plan I could have got a payment plan myself and still had to pay IRS 225 for them to set up the payments. They did not get the penalty dropped or interest dropped. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I AM OUT OUT $1250 and got nothing dropped. Now I owe the IRS the same amount plus penalty and interest and them 1250 makes me sick they take your money for nothing Deborah

Jan 06,2021The worst experience ever. $6000 and 2 years later, they dropped the case and left me on a worst position. Just promises. I do not recommend. Bunch of liars. I would not be surprised to see them on American Greedy.

Aug 26,2020CONTACT A LOCAL ATTORNEY!!!! The only thing this company does is contact a local tax attorney who will charge you IN ADDITION to these services. Paid over $3,000 just for them to get in touch with a local tax attorney in my area... total waste of money and no offer to refund me!!!

Jul 29,2020I made contact with Money Solvers to see if they could help with my student loans. They explained to me over the phone that they could me out. They were slow in answering my emails and phone calls. I did receive a phone message from they stating that my current situation I would be looking at a zero repayment due to my current situation. I recently received a statement from the lender stating my repayment will be more than I receive in SS. Now I have no hope of being able to pay back any of the loans. And I am not sure what the future holds for me and my financial situation. To be honest I am very afraid for my future. Thank you

Jun 26,2020TDN isn't the service they used to be. Years ago, they really helped me. I believe they are living off their past reputation. Since becoming, "Money Solvers," they stink! Contracting with them to deal with back taxes cost over $8k. Communication stinks. Get bounced between people. Left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Do not complete work in a timely fashion. Have to supply the same information to them multiple times. Other departments solicit the same business contracted and paid for. Forget conversations and goals. Supposed to have IRS contacts - but can't get a response to proposals... for over 7 months. ....A year and a half later, incurring penalties & interest daily.... I called the IRS and was approved for a payment plan, the same day. Out of IRS collection, and started the process of having my liens lifted. The liens I incurred while contracted with TDN. And, thanks to them - I owe over 50k more.... Yeah. YOU can do what they do. As can a decent CPA.... for thousands less, and much, much more quickly.

Jun 16,2020I work just about everyday and it was really difficult to have a meeting with anyone and when I was finally able to speak with my representative I was told a list of things I was going to have to do as well as set up a payment plan with my current loan company and for some reason I had assumed that I was paying Tax Defense Network to handle all of these issues for me but unfortunately I now have to pay for my loans as well as another company who I am not sure is doing much of anything for me. I was told someone would seek to lower my loans as well as research into getting some wiped out but I have yet to see that happen so unfortunately I seem to have put myself into an even bigger bind that hopefully won't have me going hungry in the next few months but not to worry I committed to paying for your services (whatever that may be) and you will get my thousand dollars in fact I should be nearly half way done paying. But thanks anyways and have a nice day

May 30,2020Worst service ever,they made alot of promise bout previous year taxes,to get me to pay 2,200 dollars.they get any money on previous years and still owe same for 2019 so just gave them 2,200 for nothing

May 01,2020Stay Home. Stay Safe. Stay Healthy. STAY AWAY from Money Solvers for Student Loan Help! My CSR, Geoffrey Wynn, for Money Solvers was great but had I known that’s all that would be been done with my case I NEVER would’ve agreed to take out a loan for this! I’ve incurred a lot more debt paying back Money Solvers to do something I’ve been doing all by myself. I’m current on my student loans and I act responsibly in paying them back. None of this is your fault I was simply misinformed or lacked enough intelligence to fully understand what student loan services were being offered. I don’t think I’ll ever refer anyone to Money Solvers or any other company to help with student loan affairs is the future. With all that’s going on with the economy and the trying times for the majority of us Americans, Money Solvers should be ashamed of themselves for posing as an avenue for help or helping to relieve stress for people with tremendous amounts of debt. You simply added more debt and stress to the situation! One would think that surely Money Solvers would reconsider the rate of pay or a scale of payment from clients according to the work that is performed on their cases. This is far beyond taking advantage of people. I’ll surely go to the Money Solvers client review page and anywhere else that I can leave a review to warn potential clients prior to making a decision for student loan help. They say you should always go with your gut. I was hesitant and my gut told me not to do it. At least it did for the student loans. I've got double trouble. I decided to use Money Solvers for IRS debt too. I'm not sure what I've gotten myself into. As if I needed any more stress or more sleepless nights. Money Solvers haven't solved much!

She and her team always kept me informed of my case and when I had a question they were always a phone call or email away. Any time I had a question I got answers then, not I"ll have to call you back. I think TDN should be ten stars in my way of judging!!! Need a solution call Tax Defense Network. Mar 01,2021I was contacted after leaving my information and a representative called me to discuss my tax issue. And begin to explain that most of my tax debt was due to late filing and penalty and he would be able to remove those and save me some money. So I asked him how much was the service to get started .and he called me back with a number of about 3300,00 that I can pay off in bi-weekly payments and I remember him saying that he difnetely can help me with my situation he didn't say we will look at your case but there is no guarantee to give me an option to risk losing 3000 dollars that I don't have to gamble with. So they start taking 177.77 from my checking account every 2 weeks until I paid of there fee and here I am 1 year and a half later and the person that I was working with Mrs Altaie always assured me that everything was going well and not to worry I gave her check stubs after check stub until finally she called me to say that there is nothing they can do for me other than to put me on a payment plan. Something the IRS had offered to do before I paid 3000 dollars for this company to do absolutely nothing for me I Feel ROBBED.
