Working with Katelyn Walker and her associates at Tax Defense Network has been the single-most "best" decision I could have made to settle a previous tax debt! I was provided with expert advice from the beginning to the end of this ordeal. My questions were answered in a timely fashion, and I was made to feel very comfortable and respected throughout this process. I, truly, cannot say enough about Katelyn's service to me! Katelyn and her fellow associates took away any concerns, I may have had. As a result of their most able assistance, this tax debt was greatly mitigated! The pressure of dealing with the IRS, on my own, was greatly mitigated, too! Words can't express my gratefulness to Katelyn, et al, at Tax Defense Network! Thank you very much! Absoutly discouraged. Completly upset. Totally not satisfied with any of your respond times. Payed you ALLOT of money. Nothing from the Sale of me to work with you was made true. Impossible to speak with alec. Totally in a. Situation that i don't deserve and not nearly a plane whear i should be for the money i payed you...I STILL HAVE NO RESULTS.. WAITING ON I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT......PLEASE ... RESOLVE THIS.. PLEASE LOOKINTO MY ACCOUNT ASAP.... ENOUGH IS ENOUGH I NEED THIS TO BE FINISHED. GOT NOTHING YOU PROMISED NOTHING. To Hume it may concern.. My husband and I want to thank Stephane Townley for a amazing job she did in solving out Tax issues. She was always there for us. From always answering our email to returning our phone calls right away.. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she would find out for us in a timely manner. Stephane totally works hard in helping her clients, that she hasn't even met in person. We would totally recommend her to others who have Tax issues.. Excellent and professional service. The consistent communication is amazing! I am very pleased so far with this service although I'm in the early stages. The first agent we had was unresponsive and caused our situation to remain unresolved for months. Several months ago, they replaced her with Heather Izzary. She has been responsive, helpful and pleasant and made this stressful experience a little fetter.

I gave Tax defense Network $8,000.00 over a year ago. I just got placed from one person to another and only got 2 of the 8 returns done I needed. After sending them my 2016 and 2017 paperwork I had to call them after a month to see what was up. It turned out a new rep. was handling my case again. I asked for a refund and my paperwork back and they made a offer of $3,950.00. This was not except-able. I had my car taken by the state, my SS check garnished and my drivers license revoked. No help from Tax Defense! I still have not gotten my paperwork back.

Paid TDN almost 3 times the going rate just to be ignored. Keep switching me from one tax agent to another without any notification so you don't know who to contact and when you do try and contact anyone they pretend to listen, promise to call you back and then avoid you like the plaque! I've been patiently waiting for almost a year and still get the run around. They don't do what they promise and just want your hard earned money! Run far away from TDN!

I would recommend Tax Defense Network to anyone who has bind with taxes.They were very professional and came to a resolution just like they said they would. Each department was active and professional . Kept good communication via inernet . Always someone available to help. Thanx Tax Defense Network Team for giving me and my family peace of mind!!!
