This is my 3rd review. I'm one of those people that never write reviews but I'm so upset with the lack of service I feel a need to warn everyone I can about them. I started this process back in 2017 to help my wife settle some debt with the IRS, their sales team is amazing and know just what to say to get you to sign, but that's when it starts going downhill. Once you sign and pay they file a general package with the IRS - something you can do yourself that would take a few months for a reply but nothing special, they only save you the time it takes for the IRS to reply. Once it's filed they disappear, all the emails you get saying call this number or email us here leads to a general call center with staffers that say they are going to help or looking into the matter but you don't hear back for weeks. It's up to you to follow up with them and get them to get working on your case. They have offered to give me less then half of my money back if I go away. At this point, they have cost me 2x of what I have paid them since I'm now locked into a payment contract with the IRS so nothing can roll off at this point. If TDN reads this, I'm happy to speak with someone that can help me or will reply to my emails asking for help or what your team sold me to start which was a legal team that will fight for me until all options are exhausted. I paid thousands of dollars for something that I could have done myself at this point considering the amount of time I spend trying to get a hold of your team. Check your phone logs and emails -

They resolved my tax issue and my rep Shantell was fantastic - however, the collections department kept calling saying that I did not make my payments on the account when I did. And, even after they realized their mistake - they still kept calling and emailing me several times a day saying that there was still an issue. It took almost a month for the calls to stop.

I used Tax Defense network after realizing I had incorrectly filed my taxes for a couple of years. They worked with me and I went from owing the IRS around $40,000 to receiving a net tax refund of around $12,000! Sometimes communication and progress was a little slow however, the end result was excellent.

Tax Defense Network is the best choice I made. This is a real team of people on your side. They really give you a peace of mind especially when you have the IRS against you. They stop the letters, and took care of everything. They made it so easy. Even after taking care of my problems. They at no cost continue to monitor me for one Year. 5 stars Thank you!

Two words: Easy. Trustworthy. This company did more than just hold my hand through the process, they took the wheel and steered me right through the IRS's maniacal gauntlet of forms, deadlines, and accounting. Bravo TDN - and thanks again!

I had to remove my review for this company because I was threatened with legal recourse... Because I did sign a contract when they did refund me a “small portion” of the thousand’s of dollars I spent with them. Do your research. That’s all

Tax Defense Network is a fantastic place. Very professional, but also down to earth and caring place. Tax problems are scary when you aren't sure what to do. Sure you can do this on your own, but I personally don't change my own oil or fix my own plumbing. TDN gets you into the best resolution that fits your unique individual need. It is just a pleasure to watch people work passionately to help you every step of the way and actually care about what you're going through. Hats off to TDN.

I Understood the importance of my tax problem however, I was lackadaisical about getting Robin the information she needed and she kept me Honest by emailing me and calling me until I got her the information and she continued to follow through to make sure that my case was resolved and answered every question that I had. Because of Robin's help I received the resolution that I was hoping for.

I have been working with DeeDee Moore in resolving my tax debt and got great results. I know that folks reading these reviews will be looking for the 'promise' of tax resolution, tax forgiveness, pennies on the dollar...and all of the other promises that we hear every day on the radio. The bottom line is that I got myself into this mess and needed help getting out. Dee Dee and her team got me into the program, kept me informed, let me know what options were available to me and what the ramifications would be in choosing this option or that. Folks will read these reviews and think that they are paid for or that they are not genuine but I would only say that my case is real. I came to TDN and hired them to help. Now - I sleep better at night, I have a program running with the IRS that I am currently happy with and see light at the end of the tunnel. I am on the path to making things better for myself and for my family. With so many companies out there promising the sun and moon, I can only say that I had a very good experience with TDN.

The people I worked with were terrific. I did get a discount on the settlement versus what I owed. Please do not go into this thinking you can pay pennies on the dollar. That is not what this is about. My experience might be different than yours, but I paid the full amount of back taxes owed. What they did help me with was reducing the interest and penalty fees that I had accrued. The only real answer is to pay your taxes on time. I payed $35k to pay off an ignored $7k in taxes. The IRS is in no hurry to let you know. They will let interest and penalties build up. At least Tax Defense saved me about $10k, but it does cost $6k to do business with them, so just be sure.

This company is very dedicated to getting your best interests and finances taken care of with the IRS. The process is long but their staff keeps you fully informed of your case and it’s progress throughout the whole process.

Complete crap. I told them my situation and the woman I spoke with put me on hold to speak with an "attorney". lol She tried to use scare tactics to get me to sign off on spending $6600 with them. I let her know that the state I used to live in was trying to charge me $6000 in back taxes when I only lived there for 1.5 years. I said it had to be a mistake and that it should go down, she said I was wrong and if anything it would go up. She tried to get me to apply for a loan right then. Long story short, my situation was unique, I went to a local CPA where I live who charged me $2200 in total to file all 7-years of my back taxes for Fed and State. I ended up owing for some years and getting refunds for others. In the end I received back $4100 in refunds after back taxes, fees, and penalties were settled. Not to mention the $6000 state back tax issue WAS a mistake on the states part and I ended up getting back $400 from them! I got all of this done for $4400 less than what the Tax Scam Network was going to charge me without even fully looking into my case and what it would take to rectify it. This place is a joke and with my experience and the high number of negative reviews I've seen online, I would never recommend them to anyone. They prey on people in bad situations and try to scare them even more into signing off on their ridiculously high prices. Anyone who has tax issues should research a local, reputable, CPA or actual tax attorney that they can speak with and then meet with in person. Not some random clown who calls them after an inquiry and is paid commission on the number of people they sell into spending more money than they should. Had I not been in sales since I was 23-years old I might have been duped by this place and if so I would have paid them what I paid my CPA plus the entire refund I received back. Do your research people, you can remedy your tax issues for much less than this clown show place will rob you of.

I had recently written a bad review about Tax Defense Network as well as one of their employees Ben Bray. In retrospect this should not have been written. It was written by me and candidly I was just angry. I have no reason to be angry with Ben or TDN rather I am angry and upset with myself for allowing myself to get into this tax situation. The fact of the matter is that TDN acted and held themselves to very high standards. A human error was made and my case should not have been taken on simply because i'm in the best situation regarding my tax debt that anyone can put me in/ including any Professional tax company. I was simply upset that literally nobody can help me and I vented on this company and especially Ben Bray. Ben proved over 16 months to be a stand up guy and he even checked in on me when I was in the hospital. The review was one of rage and disgust and disappointment, but as I stated more with myself then TDN and I guess it was a paltry move in attacking them and especially Ben. Ben works hard and was honest with me for 16 months. They refunded my money and I'm certain that they will refund the penalty I incurred, I was just too angry to ask. My apologies to TDN and especially Ben Bray. Obviously they have something going for them of high quality or I would not have continued the relationship for 16 months. They did there best in what seemingly is a situation that nobody can fix at this moment. They were honest and refunded my money. My sincere apologies to TDN, Ben and his Family
