Just had to share what a great experience we had with TDN! The first representative that we had didn't do such an amazing job but once our case was turned over to Jonathan he was so wonderful. He went above and beyond to get the needed information and had everything settled within a month. We are very happy that we chose TDN and don't have those IRS nightmares anymore.

I could not have asked for a better outcome! I am thrilled. Kiboni Yarling was so helpful and easy to work with and communication was excellent. Ever since I had been working with the Tax Defense Network I have less stress in my life. I sleep at night no worries about IRS problems. The staffs TDN all have been very professional, and were there to help and guide me in all my decisions. This is the best decision I have made in my life. They are still talking with me to make sure all is well. THANKS

After a few months of trying to deal with my tax problem on my own, I decided to research a few of these agencies that specialize in tax issues. I was very skeptical at first, in fact I contacted a few agencies before TDN and I was so turned off by the first two I contacted that I was almost ready to give up. But after I read a specific review on this site that just sort of connected to me. I decided to give TDN a shot. And from the very first phone call, I knew they where different form the first two agencies I spoke with. Right off the bat they made me feel very comfortable. I was also under no delusion that they where going to be able to my debt wiped out, or even get it reduced. I was just looking for a solution that would allow me to pay off what I owed without the IRS garnishing my paycheck every week. I tried for months to speak with someone at the IRS, and it was literally impossible. TDN kept me informed every step of the way. I was working with a girl named Amber DeBrule and she was awesome…Thru phone calls, and emails I knew exactly what was going on. I see a few negative reviews in regards to what they charge. Well let’s be honest, you are paying them to get results. They where able to contact the IRS, set up a payment plan, and stop my check from being garnished in a few weeks time. I had been trying to accomplish that for almost 6 months. So it was worth it for the piece of mind. I would highly recommend TDN to my family and friends…and complete strangers. John Faughey

Tax defense network solved my tax problems from the slow down of the economy that hurt my business, resulting in tax debt over the past few years. They filed my taxes, kept me informed on tax matters and responded to my email or telephone calls promptly. They successfully help me to obtain a non-collection status due to the loss of business income and I am able to go forward covering current commitments in taxes without the problems from the past

I did a lot of research to find a law firm that was honest and would do what they say. TDN did not make outlandish promises. Rather honest and straight forward. I called their references 4 of them that I picked out, got good feed back. Well, they worked with me little over a year, because I switched gears on them. They changed with me and explained every step, reminded me to file my paperwork on time. Followed up all the time. If I called or emailed. I always got a response back. Never got passed around. I worked with Aaron Beik the whole process. There were times I just couldn't grasp what was going on and what to do. Aaron was very patient and would explain it over and over then follow up with a email. I am so happy with this law firm, they did exactly what they said, and even more since I changed directions half way through. Use this firm. I had been paying on my tax debt since 2008..since I came in contact with TDN, I was recently able to pay off my debt and I am now debt free. TDN has done a very sufficient job in helping with my tax debt in a timely manner. I will certainly recommend TDN to anyone that has tax debt.

Tax defense is the best experience I have had with attorneys. I was very skeptical of using a online attorney however tax defense has restored my trust in using attorneys for help. My case involved the irs putting a levy against my wages which I was unaware of: When I received the notice from my employer the next day I engaged tax defense network and within a few days tax defense had the levy removed... Further tax defense reviewed my current income/expenses and was able to have my case put in a non collectible status. This was a huge relief for me.. During the entire process the attorney, case manager, and others was quick to respond to my questions.. Even to this day tax defense still monitors my case with the irs. I know the decision I made to engage tax defense was the right decision. If you having IRS issues I highly recommend Tax Defense network. richard
