I was audited by IRS for the past two years and now I owe IRS more than 45K due to unprofessional tax company who gave me the wrong advice while filing my tax paper. Due to the huge amount I owed to IRS I decided to reach to professional company who can help me deal with IRS. So I contacted Tax Defense Network to help me fix this issue. At the beginning TDN consultant promised me that the amount will drop down to probably 10K-15K max. TDN representative also informed me of the cost TDN will charge me which was more than 5K. At that time I made it very clear to TDN that I do not want to lose more money since I’m already in financial trouble with IRS. They promised that everything will be okay. Next they assigned my case to a lawyer. He called me and I explained to him my situation and he seemed very knowledgeable. Then I called him many times to follow up and left voice messages but for some reason he did not return my calls. I had to deal with him for almost a month till finally I decided to do something about it. I called TDN and complained about the lawyer and requested to assign me another lawyer. TDN agreed. The new lawyer was much better in term of communication and update. After few months the new lawyer asked me for send her all receipts to show the IRS, but unfortunately I did not have all these receipts handy. Then she suggested that it is better for me to accept the IRS full amount and just work out a payment plan. I was mad because the lawyer did not offer other alternatives or solutions. I told the lawyer that TDN first consultant assured me that I will not owe IRS the full amount and not even half the total amount. The lawyer did not comment on that. Now I still owe IRS the full amount. On top of that I wasted more than 5k to TDN. All what TDN did is representing me to deal with IRS (which I could’ve done by myself) and had me signed an agreement to pay the full amount based on payment plan which was issued by IRS. TDN could not even negotiate with IRS an affordable payment plan. Please do not end up like me losing more than 50K to IRS and TDN

This is the company you should choose if your trying to decide who to turn to with your IRS problems! I,like you was very confused with all the companies out there that say they can help.Josh and his team worked with me patiently as I was very stressed about my situation. TDN reduced my payment to the IRS significantly! Thanks again TDN!!

I wish to make a 100% positive report re. Tax Defense Network. Our rep, Joe Rehm, did a spectacular job, working for us and with us. We would hope to never need such help in the future, but if we should, TDN would be our first and only call. We are elderly, and Joe was always patient and respectful. This is a true American company, they will give you the best bang for your buck, and protect you from the legal mafia (tax collection agencies of the governments that are supposed to help us). Great people, understanding, compassionate, hard working, knowledgeable and certified, awesome.

After careful review of other Tax Resolution company's, I went with Tax Defense Network. After they reviewed my IRS Tax case, they came up with a plan that would help me. When dealing with the IRS, I knew that I had to have a company that knows how to work through the 'red tape'. Although it took time for a workable solution for me to be obtained, I am pleased with the outcome so far. I would recommend Tax Defense Network, and especially Rachel Holcomb, to anyone who are facing similar circumstances. Ms. Holcomb kept me informed of the processes involved, and gave me regular updates! Tax Defense billing dept has been very understanding, and has worked with me as I progressed through this difficult time. As a whole, Tax Defense Network is a Very knowledgeable and Professional company, in my opinion.

After dealing with my tax problem for several year and losing $2500 on Tax master, all they did is take my money. And after 5 years passed, I knew I had to do something. I felt like picking another company was like shooting dice. I accidentally stumbled on Tax Defense Network web sight, and thank God I did. They assigned me one of the most intelligent and caring person, who always was reassureing me they would do everthing they could. The IRS claimed I owed $1.2M. Tax Defense Network and its expert team were able to reduce the amount I owed by 95%. They were able to negotiate a monthly payment plan that's well within my budget. Mark Giles and his team are awesome people!

I was two years behind on filing and it caught up to me. I even started getting scam artists calling claiming to be the IRS. I didn't know where to go or what to do after here horror stories of the IRS and state. I started looking on line and found several services and checked into them and narrowed my choices. We had a problem; we hadn't filed taxes for 5 years. We were unable to pay what we owed so we stuck our heads in the sand. Finally I knew we could not ignore the notices any longer, but who to find to help us? I conducted a search online and picked the company based on it's A+ Better Business Bureau rating. I received a call from their representative and he helped me feel I had made the right choice almost immediately. I was fearful we would be unable to pay for their service yet I felt the cost very reasonable and I was able to make payments. They did most of the work locating documents and negotiating a very favorable settlement with both federal and state tax agencies. Tax Defense had our backs and I would recommend to everyone like us who had no clue what to do to solve their tax issues to call tax defense and you will feel like I do now, free to get on with our lives!!! When I contacted Tax Defense, I had just received my Tax Return prepared by another company. My return indicated that I owed about $7,800 which was considered due now. My wife and I live on Social Security, and normal everyday living is about all we could afford, much less pay a Tax Bill close to $8K. (How we got into that position is another story) Frankly I had never been in that position with the IRS in my whole life, and did not want to face the IRS without representation. Knowing of their Heavy Handed Debt Collection process could potentially destroy any of my remaining assets. The Tax Defense Company representative Lela Thielan hand walked me through the information they needed to have to talk to the IRS. Lela was excellent in communicating what was going to happen, when, and how. She was always upbeat and gave me confidence the Tax issues I had would be resolved to my advantage. Long story short Lela and the Tax Lawyer who discussed my case with the IRS, was able to conclude my case that allowed me to pay the debt off over a period of time, at a rate that I could afford. I highly recommend Tax Defense to represent you if you have IRS issues that need resolution. They go all out in getting all the information that would help in your case.
