Mar 21,2024DO NOT AND I REPEAT USE THIS COMPANY......I called them and was shown the grand tour of how great they are at the expense of 8 thousand dollars, it seems to vary on what they want to charge. Fed me the whole we are here for you blah blah and I fell for it and as soon as they had me they stopped communicating with me. I told them I had a deadline to get with the IRS and could not get an answer to any questions I asked. I went through two people assigned to my case because no one would ever return my calls and this morning I cancelled. Dan was my contact case worker and I'm just going to say unprofessional at everything. Run far away from this company and to those at it wanting to respond don't waste your breath nothing will change my mind

They are friendly, warm and show empathy, they worked well coordinated, each member in his or her area are very professional. Dec 13,2023They charged us $5000 to tell us what we already knew about IRS programs and breaks on back taxes and prides themselves on setting up a new payment program with IRS that we also could have done ourselves. We are dither in debt and further behind for getting their “help.” As a team during the process, they were only available eastern standard time, incompetent at sending emails due to “system issues” and they set up appointments with us which they held, without our consent to time and very little notice before the appointment. They are now ignoring me because I am so disappointed and frustrated with their expensive and unhelpful runaround service.

Dec 12,2023I reached out to Tax Defense Network 2 years ago about federal back taxes owed in California. After 2 years a few days ago I get a text from Omar with a screenshot of my tax letter that I have until December 25 to resolve this matter. I have not heard from anyone in months. I called Sara Snavely left voicemail and called the customer service number to get in contact with her no calls. I called today and she finally answered and tells me if you need us to talk to the IRS is going to cost you $1000. Wow, this is the reason Sara and her team sent me that screenshot a few days ago. My deadline is on December 25, 2023. Don't waste your money on this company. They really don't help you. From the beginning I was the one doing all the work. I got this service to help me not put me in a worse situation. This company shouldn't be in business. Sara and her whole team and company are useless people who call themselves professionals. I could have paid the money I spend on Tax Defense Network to the IRS because they were super expensive and they didn't do nothing for me. Please people don't use this company 2 years from now you will be in my shoes if you use them to help you. They don’t even deserve one star to be honest with you. Scammers
