He was excellent, efficient, and very professional, and in the outcome he attained for me. Also thanks to Maria Pimentel and Chris. They were all very available to help me with any questions and helping me with the process. I felt very supported. This company know how to work as a team. I will admit, finding a company to help you in this kind of matter can be challenging and make you skeptical. But Tax Defense Network walks the talk. Also it appears in the list of most truthful and credible tax advocate companies, and I can attest that yes it is so. They brought me peace of mind and much more. Their transparency and effeciency takes them along way. I'm very impressed in the services I received and I'm very thankful I chose them to help me. I'm forever thankful!

Only this last one I had, Shema Massey, took the time to listen to my situation, offer the best solution and work with us to resolve our tax case. She was extremely pleasant, professional and stayed in constant contact with us through phone calls, texts or email.

Oct 25,2023I would give it zero it want me too.extremely dissatisfied with Joshua nothing done fix the situation at all.i told him my cell doesnāt have PDF file he promised Iāll send form in the mail never received it at all I called spoke gentleman Bobby I said heās not at all doing what he said I received court order form IRS see me in court š” you guys supposed have my back Tatiana his flunk did call Josh didnāt bother call said he ok conference call IRS I told her I did not ask for you I spoke Bobby said he would call me not his flunky secretary said good tax defense I never said no more services I donāt like words put in my mouth she hanged up I called again women does deposit said he not in office I said why are you lying his flunky secretary said he on conference call now your lying I ask speak CEO they said there is no bosses I said I wana speak to president of company I told the women you guys record conversation she said yes

I have had a few different people from your company have been communicating updates, but never helping me to understand the process and why. Well today I received an update from Mabertine Pierre and not only did she explain to my my resolution but she took the time to answer my questions, and really walk me through as I was not fully comprehending certain things of my situation with the IRS. I now have a better understanding with action steps for the future and really want to thank her for her patience and knowledge.
