Mar 08,2025Tax rise is the worst company ever. I spent 3,000.00 for them to get me a payment plan and reduction of my taxes owed. IRS original plan offered to me was payments of 370.00 a month. after paying 3,000.00 to tax rise my payment is now 360.00 a month So i paid them 3,000.00 to save 10.00 dollars a month what a rip off

Feb 28,2025Tried making a payment and it failed. Talk with customer service was very helpful with helping me make the payment. The current info I entered wasn't going through. Turns out they were running a canceled card. They had to enter my info to make it correct on there end. This was a great customer service. Very helpful. Thanks again

Mar 08,2025I was confused about whether I owed state taxes or not on my pension living out of the country. Someone I trusted told me I did. I barely spoke with them and just hung up. Unfortunately, I had already given my CC information. They charged me $375! I finally called the people running my pension and I did not owe them. Instead, I got $535 back in federal taxes. My bank is now dealing with it.
