Was a bit dubious after reading some poor reviews but the price was the cheapest I could find for an RTX 3070 and it included delivery. My GPU arrived next day as promised so very happy!

Absolute scammers. My son purchased a bunch of items to build a PC and one item, the motherboard, they sent an inferior model. Initially believing he'd ordered incorrectly we'd asked to exchange and pay the difference. But after I checked his initial order it was clear that they had sent the wrong item (this could only be identified after opening the packaging). Their reply is "We are taking 20% off you because the box was opened and we will only listening to the first thing you said". It's not a game show! Not only is this immoral its also illegal. Disgusting way to business. I've no problem when mistakes happen as long as they are resolved, but this company's approach makes it very clear that they are only out to screw over customers and it wouldn't suprise me if they send out inferior items all the time hoping people don't notice.

Just wanna say thank you technextday the motherboard is fantastic and the super fast delivery was amazing. Reading reviews on here put me off a bit but decided to give u guys a chance and I'm not disappointed at all. I'll be back when I need anymore computer tech.

Everything is fine until something goes wrong with the item. I ordered a PSU for a computer, after a couple of months, a rattling began, I asked the procedure for returned, i was told return to them for testing. So i did. A couple of weeks later, i was told there is nothing wrong with the item, so would be charged £20 for testing and return delivery for my item, because "its not faulty" (which was not mentioned when i asked the returns proceedure). During the couple of weeks testing time (granted it was around xmas), i sourced another PSU to test to ensure it was a faulty PSU and not another component. The rattling ceased when i used a different PSU, which makes me positive the returned PSU is faulty. I asked three times for complaints procedure, and assurance that all the delivery costs would be refunded if i paid for the return of my item and it was still faulty. I was told "you can either pay £20 or sort your own delivery". So now im left with the decision of leaving my PSU with this company, or paying more money, to get back what i believe is a faulty PSU. I dont know whats worse, their customer service (refusing to answer questions), or charging £20 for testing a product if they believe it is not faulty. At this point, i just want a refund. I have zero trust that this unit is not faulty.

Ordered the item on Thursday and it got here on Friday morning. I was a bit concerned after putting the order through because I didn't receive any confirmation. However after checking through my email I found the confirmation in my junk email box. (if you didn't receive any order confirmation i would highly suggest checking your junk box)

I ordered a Aorus x570 ITX board and received it the next day. Had no issues and I was kept up to date throughout my order.

Very slow processing led to me having to cancel the order. I informed the seller by phone and email to cancel the order but the seller shipped the order anyway 9 hours later. When contacted to provide a return label, refused. Refused any obligation to correct his error and began lying about what happened with the order. There seems to be 6 dodgy businesses, all with the same phone number and director, run from a shed in Selsey. Texhnextday has also been dissolved since 2014! Reported to Trading Standards.

I ordered a gpu on Sunday and it’s now Tuesday. I have had no confirmation email of order and it’s still processing They won’t answer the phone and Havnt responded to my emails. I will edit this to a 4 star if get an answer as to why it’s still processing and why there isn’t any confirmation They answered the phone and gave a clear reason

Very bad customers service. I have bought an Asus motherboard for £515. The Board was not working, I phoned them several times, and sent 4 emails. The answer I got "we do not provide tech support" Finally they agreed to inspect the board and I was told that the board had bent pins, So they told me that they could discard the board as rubbish or I had to pay £20 to get the board back. When I sent the board was ok, and not bent pins. It cost me £16 to send it to them and £20 to receive it. The worst online service, not to be trust. I will never buy anything more from them ever again.

Item arrived sooner than their estimate - which would have been good but I was not in. Instead the note that I had put in about this was ignored, and it was left on my doorstep. When I got back and found it, the box was badly damaged, leaving the case with some cosmetic damage. I wrote an email to support with photographic evidence, asking for a partial refund (as I could live with the damage, not wanting to go through the ordeal of sorting out shipping a large computer case back to them. Also their returns policy lists that the product must be unopened - so how are you supposed to check for damage???). The contents of my email was ignored by support staff, and they instead listed out their returns policy, and that it needs to be sent back within 14 days unopened. I then wrote to them again, stating that I would live with the damage, but felt I should not be paying fully price for a damaged item. Again this was ignored with a blunt reponse of "Hi, the returns form has been sent. with the details of the return [sic]". I will say that my partner has purchased from them with no issue - but has not had to deal with customer support. As such, neither of us will be shopping with them again.

After handing a parcel to DPD and DPD to another courier my parcel was misplaced. I sent an email to Technextday to see if I could have my parcel resent of if they could contact DPD about this, after this I've been sent on a wild goose chase with 3 entirely unhelpful customer service communications from 3 seperate companies all telling me to talk to the other company. Now Technextday's customer service hasn't replied to me for 11 days, my parcel is still missing and I am yet to receive any kind of refund or even have them acknowledge that it was not delivered. In fact after informing them that I was sent an image with my parcel in someone else's bin Technextday had the gall to tell me it was "in my safe place". My parcel has been in someone else's bin for 15 days and no one has even tried to do anything but wall me off with generic unhelpful and ignorant replies. Edit: The reply to this is another example of the above, as you can see they've read all this and still not reached out to me to give me my money back or redeliver. By the way still haven't received a reply, after calling and being told to email again, my parcel was out for delivery on the 2nd of December and at the time of this edit its the 20th.

Shockingly dishonest company, avoid at all costs. I bought a motherboard from them and it simply did not work. I tried everything I could in troubleshooting it and read countless online forums but I couldn't get it to work. So I sent it back and asked for a refund (within 14 days, which is my legal right) and they simply refused. Instead, they sent me a picture of the damaged motherboard with 3 bent pins, which I most certainly didn't do, and claimed that because I had done this they wouldn't refund me. However, what shocked me the most was that when I went to review websites to write these reviews, I keep on reading reviews of people who had exactly the same experience as myself: they claim that the customers have damaged the product and refuse the refund! I'm now in the process of taking them to a small claims court, as losing £300 like this in the current climate isn't something to be laughed at. Stick to Amazon, Scan, Overclockers, Ebuyer... anyone but these crooks. Honestly.

I ordered a graphics card on Sunday 4th December and it arrived on the following Tuesday. It was brand new and sealed as expected and it was also packaged well. I had no problems - I’d use the company again.

Worst online order experience of my life!, cheap prices offered do not make up for the bad customer service and awful delivery service they also offer!, I waited 2 weeks for a parcel that never turned up, I phoned 5 times and even sent multiple emails with proof the item hadn't been delivered to receive no response from those emails. I was then lied to multiple times on the phone, and now I have to wait another 2 weeks to receive a refund from something that I never received! DONT NOT BUY FOR HERE!
