Nov 30,2022Attempted to order a stick of RAM. The website failed to perform the 3D Secure Authentication required by the bank twice. The second attempt caused their ordering system to completely fail. The customer service wasn't what I would call very professional, I had to call twice before someone actually answered the phone and the call quality sounded like I was talking to someone on a cheap mobile phone.

Nov 28,2022I have called them for 40minutes and tried to get in touch with live chat for 20 minutes to see why my order is still 'Processing' after 2 days but no luck. Regret purchasing from this so called company. edit: they answered after 1 hour and were not professional but if my motherboard arrives in new condition i will come back here and change to 3 stars since you never know what people are going through in real life. Edit; after all the headache, the motherboard works so the nightmare is over, Wish they would be more professional so they dont scare people from purchasing there again. Edit 2 - 29th December: the Motherboard Gigabyte B650E Aorus Master turned out to have a fault where it can't handle AVX workloads so I sent the motherboard back to them and they received it on the 23rd of December, I haven't received a confirmation that they recieved the motherboard so i gave them a call on the 28th December and Mark the guy that always answers the phone said that only the warehouse is open and that they will have all the staff return on the 3rd of January. I have everything recorded and even recorded when Mark lied about my item is already shipped because i wanted to cancel my order after reading all the negative reviews and how unprofessional they are on the phone, I contacted direct the company they use to sent the item out for shipping to DPD and they confirmed that the item hasn't been shipped out. I could take this company to court but i hope they don't waste my time more and refund my money as soon as possible because this fault with the motherboard is well known even buildzoid AKA Actually Hardware Overclocking YouTube channel guy had the exact same issue with his Gigabyte B650E Aorus Master but he said Gigabyte sent him another one and that worked fine. Edit 9th January 2023: not only have they broken the 14 day refund law but now they claim there's nothing wrong with the motherboard and want to scam me even more by paying their fake test they did 20£ and another 10£ for them to deliver the faulty motherboard to me again. they have left me no choice but to take this case Obudsman services.

Nov 25,2022After a failed delivery and refund on an Amazon order, I saw that Technextday had the item for sale and was slightly cheaper. With a promise of next day delivery, I thought it was a no-brainer, so placed an order. Two days later I noted the order status was showing 'processing' not 'shipped' so sent an e-mail asking why?, and got an almost immediate response! We have refunded your order because we do not have any in stock! Mind you, they kindly note it can take up to 7 days for them to refund the £59!!! To add to this I went back on to the website to find they have bumped the price up from £59 to £70!!!! Disgusting business practice. They could have asked if I wanted to wait for new stock as I had already paid them, but no! Just a glib e-mail response. Totally disgusted and as an IT solutions provider myself, I will not be recommending this company to customers.

Nov 24,2022Competitively priced, all delivered the next day. I ordered a new motherboard, CPU, memory and cooler just before midday and true to their name everything was delivered next day. With Free delivery I couldn't ask for more. Do expect that there could be multiple packages from different suppliers. I didn't expect this, but all came by DPD and all got delivered on time.

Nov 24,2022I spent over one thousand pounds on componenents for my new PC build, one item being an Asus Rog Strix X670E-E motherboard. It arrived in it's box wrapped in brown paper..not good for nearly £500!. On unboxing I found that there was a manufacturing fault and on contacting Mark, was told he would contact Asus, he never did because the next email from him stated he had talked tothe manager of his supplier who said that if the board was sent to Asus, they would say it was customer induced damage. It was also said that the warrenty would not cover it.... That is rubbish...blaming me for the damage.

Nov 22,2022I ordered an i7 13700KF and 32GB DDR5 ram for a new build. Items were ordered early afternoon yesterday and received before midday today, so cant complain on speed of packaging and dispatch. Unfortunately they were out of stock of the RAM and I had been refunded, which I was advised of when I called to ask why it wasn't in the package. They had sent an email to me before end of day yesterday to advise, but all their emails ended up in my junk folder so I missed this.

Nov 10,2022Purchased 2 memory sticks and the price dropped by a fiver in 2 days of receiving it. Item still sealed and unopened. Requested if they could refund the difference which was refused. Charging £20 for a return is awful. Please avoid this retailer. Glad I did not decide to buy anything more.

Oct 22,2022Another one of these companies who manipulate prices every time eBay have a voucher, disgusting. Prices jump well over RRP so you can't get much benefit, even though I'm 99% sure the discount doesn't come out of their pocket. Edit. I accidentally input the returns address for this company (autofill) when I ordered something from another site. The item was signed for there and you bet they never got in contact about it. Hope you enjoyed my beer.

Oct 09,2022Recently ordered 2 components from them, still have not recieved the components and it has been 5 days (should of arrived 04/10/22) for the first parcel and the other parcel was returned to the sender before parcel even arrived with no explanation. The first parcel seems to be stuck at the depot. When I contacted Technextday, for help on the issue they basically copied and pasted the information that I had provided them. They did not even offer an apologies for the inconvience. Would highly recommend avoiding them if possible.

Dec 04,2022The motherboard was shipped in the retail box with just a thin plastic dpd bag as an outer layer. This was clearly insufficient as there was a massive hole through the plastic bag and through one side of the motherboard box. It is sheer chance that it happened to puncture the rear of the motherboard box where the manual happened to be to provide more protection. If it had gone in the other side I am sure there would have been at least superficial damage to the motherboard, if not worse.
