Sep 16,2022I was looking for a decently priced CPU and Mobo to build a budget gaming system. I originally tried to order some parts from a company called ronselectronics.co.uk but they never delivered, so as I was keen to get my build complete I looked again on Google and found another company called TechNextDay. The Sign-up/ordering process for TechNextDay was smooth and the items arrived quickly. To me, the whole process was identical to ordering from Amazon Prime and I was pleased to receive the parts and get my build completed. TechNextDay is a little more expensive than ronselectronics.co.uk but the experience from my point of view is night and day different. Ronselectronics took my money and delivered nothing, and even after one month I still cannot get my money back from Rons. Luckily I have some spare funds so was able to order from TechNextDay who did me proud and I will be ordering from them again in the future, 5/5

Sep 13,2022Items were delivered promptly and they were well packaged. Unfortunately, I had to send one of the items back (my mistake, not seller) and the refund process was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Return payment was back into my account promptly too. Would use their services again.

Sep 06,2022Ordered CPU cooler, order arrived next day. Item was not the one ordered, contacted customer services. Advised correct item would not be delivered without them first receiving the wrong item that was sent to me. Or I could order again and I would be refunded once they receive my return. Pre paid label provided.

Sep 05,2022I bought a Radeon RX 6400 which is the most powerful half height card that works well with SteamOS. Could not buy anywhere else in the UK except Amazon importing into the UK. But this was cheaper and had very quick delivery. Nothing bad to say at all

Aug 21,2022In all honesty, the prices can't be beaten. But when something goes wrong, you'll wish you hadn't bothered. Mark has absolutely 0 customer service nouse whatsoever. I had a slight problem with something so called, to be spoken down to by Mark on the phone. Not sure how he thinks this will be a winning strategy, blaming customers! £19.99 if they return something and it isn't faulty. Razor thin margins at the cost of the customer. Think carefully!

Aug 10,2022Bought most of the PC parts to build a 12th Gen DDR5. Took a few days for delivery but prices were good and all ok, for a few months.. then the £350 G-Skill Trident DDR5 failed.. Emails were ignored and then eventually through phone call was told I ‘could’ send it back but it would take at least 3-4 months before I saw a resolution/ replacement as they have to go back through wholesale suppliers ( maybe Far East) and each testing step takes weeks! So advised to take it up directly with G-Skill instead! They avoid their customer liabilities entirely where possible. So - it’s not worth saving the few quid being honest as you’ll regret it if you have a failure! Once bitten and all that, so for the latest build I’ve since spent £3K at reliable known companies like Scan as these companies are in it for the long haul with proper customer service and deal with claims themselves speedily and more importantly honour their customer legal obligations. I will take legal action against Technextday if I struggle for replacement directly with G-Skill. I don’t generally write reviews but I think it’s only fair people are aware of the situation before they buy from them. You have been warned..

Aug 01,2022no hassle fast delivery, brought a new motherboard was the best price around, and shipped fast, lost a point due to packaging, would have like to have bubble wrap around it the box or something to protect it a little more as it is a £270 motherboard but works all good.
