Dec 14,2012"This seller is a discrace, they listed a Keyboard at a low price and must of made a mistake and once realised made up a fake reason not to supply and cancelled the order. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS DO NOT USE! The communication is also very poorly written its obviously a poorly established company with no customer values or satisfaction. Think twice before you order from them!"

Dec 14,2012What a shame they don't show pictures, especially when the manufacturer code is for the wrong product, However although that would have saved receiving the wrong item the prices are good and they were happy to refund. Just think Pictures would have saved the day though.

Dec 13,2012I ordered some cases from this company, paid by Paypal which were rejected but no one know why as I have been using PP for 10 years, then I opted for Bank transfer instead, this took almost 3 days to cleared, but once I got email from them for cleared fund, the cases arrived next day, overall its good service, if the Paypal were through first time which I doubt is technextday's fault, it would have been excellent, but will sure use them again for future purchases.

Dec 12,2012Hard drive came packaged very unprofessional I have ordered hard drives from other companies before and they have always arrived in strong boxes with foam cushioning inside This one came partially bubble wrapped inside of a flimsy plastic. The corners of the HD were as good as exposed. You could feel 3 corners through the plastic. If the drive had been dropped at any time in transit it would either be weakened or damaged beyond repair. I don't trust this item and want my money back without cost to me or a new one properly packaged I have tried all day to contact TechNextDay without success. They actually called me back but wouldn't hold while I tried to end another call. Oh and you have to even pay to complain. My phone contract doesn't cover 0844 numbers because TND get a rake off for calls to them. I had to top up my phone with extra credit just to call them end even then I didn't get through. Why can't they be honest and use normal land line numbers On top of all that My password isn't being accepted when I try to login even though its correct (I have it written down) and when I fill in lost password part no email reminder ever comes. I am very disappointed with what appears to be a very unprofessional service. So far I have wasted a lot of time and £52 + out of pocket. Unbelievable bad customer service. Not happy
