Dec 08,2012For most technology products, my purchasing needs are pretty mundane - I want to pay the lowest price possible and be certain that the goods will arrive sooner rather than later. TechNextDay fulfilled these needs on my first order, providing good email communication of the various stages of fulfilment. On any transaction, I want to deal with a trusted supplier in the knowledge that they are near to being the best price. TechNextDay have made a solid first step to joining my 'trusted supplier' short list.

Dec 07,2012I ordered practically a whole new system from TechNextDay - a package consisting of a new motherboard, CPU, cooler and RAM, to go with my new graphics card. After going through the package I discovered they had only included 1 of the 2 sticks of RAM I'd requested. So, imagining a customer services nightmare, I emailed them to point this out. Their response was within an acceptable time-frame, about 2hours I think, and was very positive. They sorted me out promptly, their prices are good and I'll be happy to use them again.

Dec 07,2012The item was well packaged, prompt delivery and as described. My only reservation was that it took a while to actually be dispatched, 4 days, but as I chose the free saver delivery option, this was expected.
