Ordered an ipad mini Smart Cover considering that ordering directly from Apple was an extra £4 as opposed to free delivery from technextday! It was dispatched within a couple hours of ordering and came the next day, despite only selecting standard free delivery. 5/5 well done!

I HAD A FAULTY £250.00 MOTHERBOARD AND SENT IT BACK, THEY WERE VERY HONEST AND DIAGNOSED IT AS FAULTY THEN SENT ME A BRAND NEW BOARD STRAIGHT OUT AND I RECEIVED IT IN 1 DAY (EXPRESS DELIVERY), EVEN BETTER AND FASTER THAN EBUYER WHO I HAVE NOW STOPPED SHOPPING WITH, I WILL BE USING TECHNEXTDAY FROM NOW ON!!!

Ordered 2 x disk drives, with next day delivery. TNT failed to deliver the next day but they said I was out, they said they left a card, no card was left. The same thing happened the following day, again no card was left. I suspect they never made it to my address as it is 30 miles away from the depot. TechnextDay agreed to arrange for the order to be delivered my wife’s place of work. Did not turn up that day either – TNT was “holding” the order. Finally got the order only to find that both disks were Dead on Arrival! Over a week had gone by & I had 2 dead disks. The disks were very, very poorly packaged from VIP (their supplier) and as a result were dead by the time they got to me. I had to pay for them to be sent back, which was not refunded (contained in the T&Cs). Issues TechnextDay can improve on: 1) Answer emails sent to them – I found they were ignored. 2) Answer telephone messages left for them – I found they were ignored. 3) Be speedier in issuing a RMA reference. 4) Refund purchasers p&p cost when the goods are faulty. 5) Telephone your customer when giving them a refund. I was sent an email asking me to call their 0844 number, no attempt was made to call my number they have on file. 6) Publish a 01, 02 or 03 telephone number. 5) Choose your suppliers more carefully. I hate 0844 telephone numbers as they cost me.... no 0845 or 01, 02 or 03 alternative number is available if you need to speak to a person. Due to the hours I spent trying to sort this order out, I cannot recommend TechNext Day.

The Product was delivered within 2 days rather then the expected seven. Product was packaged well and my instructions to leave with neibour if not in complied with. Excellent Service.

The web cam I had that worked ok on my old computer wouldn't work on the new computer that I have bought and my grandson was very disappointed so I decided to buy a new one, It arrived very quickly and was very easy to install. Fortunately when my grandson called over Skype he was surprised and delighted to see the body as well as hear the voice of his grandparents so you have made a little boy very happy. Thank you

Wrong items were delivered. Further delay in shipping the correct items as they wouldn't re-ship until wrong ones sent back. Quick enough to respond to original email highlighting error.

Easy to order, great prices and arrived days before i was excepting it. I ordered on a 7 day free delivery services and it arrived the day after. Very impressed.

Good price for such a good sound card. Really quick delivery for the Scottish Highlands when compared to other tech firms and no delivery which is even better. If you are looking for tech for yourself check this site out. It is a pity that this review can only be done in IE and not in Chrome in Windz 8

I'm building a new PC and, having done research on prices, identified technextday as being cheapest for some of the components. As such, I ordered these and chose the priority delivery option so that I could get started. The parts were as described on the website and were delivered on time. I'm still waiting for some vital components from other suppliers, so can't turn on and check the technextday items work, but I've no reason to believe they will have issues!

I had ordered a new graphics card from another retailer, but it was on order. The dispatch date came and went, then was put back further. I cancelled that order and began the search again. Came across the technextday site and found the same card, in stock, and a few pounds cheaper. This was made cheaper again with a free delivery option. I was going to pay for next day delivery, but thought I'd waited this long, what's another week. Glad I did, as it arrived two days later on the free delivery service. Card is now in and I'm enjoying my gaming again.

I went for the free carriage as I have had good experiences with other suppliers. TechNextDay apparently view free carriage differently, if they say 7 working days than that is what they will strive for. They will hang on to the order and apparently give everyone else (who paid) priority. I did prompt them as I received no update emails and in the end they delivered in four days. Unlikely to get further orders from me.
