I was very pleased.

Nov 23,2012I buy a lot of electronics and computing equipment from a number of suppliers and thought I knew all the best ones already. However, when I was looking for new motherboard, I came across TechNextDay and was amazed at the value they offered. Normally when something looks too good to be true it is exactly that however a quick check on TrustPilot revealed that this company could be trusted. I did not need the MB quickly so I accepted free postage yet it still came only 2 days later. Based solely on my experiences of this one purchase I would highly recommend TechNextDayfor for every step of this purchase, from their easy to navigate website, straight forward checkout, emails informing me of my order's progress through to prompt delivery of a well packaged motherboard.

Nov 22,2012Delivery was very fast but packaging could have been improved slightly. I bought a new processor and all parts of the box were protected by bubble wrap except for the part at the top where the actual chip was located with a display window - the one part that really needs a bit of extra protection. A little more care during the packing process could have seen this.

The order process is simple and straight forward, helped by the web site which is uncomplicated and easy to navigate. When I did need to call them the phone was answered promptly and politely by a very helpful and understanding gentleman who was able to answer all of my questions. I've been really impressed with the whole service and will definitely be shopping with them again.

Nov 17,2012Initially, I had problems with registration on their site largely, I believe, because I over-complicated the process so, my fault really and not the company. After two late evening phone calls, both handled with good humour and considerable patience, the situation was sorted out and I was able to order the desired product. I placed my order late on a Thursday, the order fulfillment process worked faultlessly and the delivery arrived at 9am on the following Monday and all this on standard delivery terms! This was way beyond my expectations. Having had indifferent service elsewhere, I am impressed with TechNextDay because they seem to care and they deserve to succeed in the world of online retailing. Based on my experience, I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
