Firstly Adam worked really hard to find me a holiday within my budget. After I had booked there was an issue with the hotel which meant we had to change our holiday. Sonu dealt with this issue and tried so many possible options for me until the issue was sorted. He was extremely professional and kept in mind all of the features I requested for the holiday. I am very grateful to Sonu for such great customer service.
Booked holiday with Teletext few weeks ago regarding holiday in Fuerteventura spoke to Neil who was very helpful and gave good service. Today paid off my balance talked to Alfie who again was really polite and chatty.
I called Teletext holidays to enquire about booking a holiday to Tunisia.I Spoke to their agent called Dean who was the most helpful agent I have had dealings with. He was knowledgeable, polite and very efficient in his dealings with us. Extremely patient and understood our requirements for the holiday. He price matched a holiday we had seen else where with extras and went above and beyond his scope to help us out ,working past the time he was supposed to be finishing his work. We had the email quote to check and confirm all the details but Unfortunately due to last minute change of personal circumstances, we were not able to book the holiday. Dean was so understanding of the situation and understood the dillema yet still showed patience with us. He had spent most of the evening trying to help us with our holiday and us having to cancel last minute after all the work he had put in could have gone the wrong way yet he was so patient and understanding. I wasn't able to book the holiday him but hopefully when I do book in future I will surely reach out to Teletext holidays and ensure Dean sorts it out for us. I would also recommend to anyone wanting to book a holiday to ask for Dean. He is an asset to their company and a star! Thank you so much Dean!
Booked an all 5* inclusive holiday to Tunisia at Marriott pearl in Sousse for £300 including transfers. The price was lower on the website but the return flight stopped in Glasgow so was adjusted. Not sure if this was the case or common practice by Teletext. When it went a bit over the budget then Neil spoke to his supervisor to reduce the amount to around £275 plus transfers £300. I accepted paid and have come back a few days ago and am very pleased with the whole experience. Definitely recommend Neil and Teletext holidays

Never heard of teletext, lucky stumble it became, booking through Sami was stress free, he was very gentle, answered my questions calmly, sort for best deal & discounts, knew the importance of mentioning in the booking about our significant holiday as it was my baby’s birthday. I will definitely use them again .
I phoned teletext holidays about a holiday I wanted to book in Gran Canaria I spoke to Krishna a very polite man who went through the holiday info,but he came up with a better accommodation of which i booked up I was very pleased with,Krishna was very helpful organising my holiday,thanks for all your help Krishna would definitely speak to you for holidays in the future.

Rubam singha was fantastic at assisting to have my son’s special assistance request sorted. The reason I have deducted a star is because the amount of attempts it took to get the situation sorted. The previous team members at teletext holidays was unable to resolve the solution.
